We had a verbal lease for a few years before the property owner had Coldwell start managing the property, so we were a little nervous about how their process and management would change.

Since they've taken over, Coldwell has been very professional, transparent, and easy to work with.

Repair tickets get resolved in a timely manner, and they are a lot less intrusive than some other property managers in town have been. As long as you're a decent tenant, they are perfectly fine to rent from.

I want to give personal prompts to Josh, Pam, and Marlena at the Corvallis office for being prompt and professional with any issues regarding our lease and repair orders.

This new staff is doing it's best to help reach out to previous tentants and listen to feed back. They took a great step in removing a previous property manager who was a huge issue.

We moved from OK to OR last fall and Coldwell and staff were such a huge help! From start to finish, very professional and easy to do business with. I do recommend giving them a shot! Thanks!

I set up a tour of a property with Pam, only to show up with no one there and upon calling Pam, was informed she made the mistake of sending the wrong property with the tour information. Not a great experience as my roommate and I both took of work to make the touring time work all for nothing.
