Had a quote from this business. The receptionist was so rude, I don't want to deal with her to get my windows. The worker was late, so I called and was informed by the receptionist that they have other customers besides me. She made other rude comments that were not appropriate. She is the front line of the company and she is chasing business away.

Everyone has to have windows. So when it came time I chose to use this company because they are a locally owned and HIGHLY regarded company. 100% of the people I asked who they would recommend said Coley's. The guys that came to measure were incredibly efficient, I almost expected something to be wrong because I've never seen anyone measure anything that fast. The OG of the pair guessed one measurement and then measured and I don't think he was a half inch off. I love it when people are THAT good. Anyway, the windows took much longer to arrive than anticipated because of the 2021 shipping crisis, but they updated me well in advance of my expected date and also followed up with a letter. (Nice) The installation went as smoothly and efficiently as the measuring- handled by my OG and a different partner. The windows are beautiful and open and close perfectly. I got the vinyl which replaced metal framed windows. The old ones had much more condensation and even mold and little icicles in the super cold, these do not. So much nicer now. Thank you, Coley's!

We were looking for a specific size window which they said they had, in storage. I was told I had to be there by 4 because they close at 5. And they would pull the window out of storage. I had to take 2 hours off work, my wife had to switch her car out for a truck and off we went. 45 minute drive from Emmett to Ontario. When we arrived we were told they could not find the window. 2 hours of lost wages, $20 in gas and an hour and a half of my time. No one called all day to let us know.

Fantastic customer service. I thought my appt was an hour later than it really was, and they were able to work me in on the same day anyway. Very fair prices, and excellent management. Family-owned business at its finest.

Coleys Glass has always provided great service! Today they are helping us fix one of our exterior commercial doors. They are prompt and offer great solutions! We will always use them for our door and window repairs!

I had glass damage on my 2020 F150 and I went into Coleys the 8th of F eb. 2021 around noon time and Jace handled it quickly and efficiently by inspecting damage, submitting the claim to Travelers insurance and repairing the damage in less than 30 minutes, I was very pleased and give Coleys a 5. Was a very fine experience with their employees!

I had a major leak that was coming through back window area of my truck because right now it was coming from my cargo light where I had my backup camera installed at and so they fixed it I have no backup camera there but I have no leak
