7Quick response too my maintenance request. The Community has shown real improvement over the past few months.
Basic Apts that are extremely expensive for the average income. Not horrible in any way compared to many others. Ill be at the next BOMA meeting addressing the disaster Tina kotec jacked all the millions for low income development and housing and now made up all these ridiculous new hurdles you have to go through. I have been in Commercial appraisal everything my whole life. To be fair, if I lived in LA or God forbid Ohio and the corruption there by there gov officials are off the chain with rogue jaded cops. I would move to Portland

Office staff are very kind and fun people. Other than the cute building and neighborhood, they were the main reason I decided Collin's Circle seemed like the right place for me. Thanks Monae and August!
You can tell the maintenance guy really cares about the building as well. I was impressed with the condition of my apartment upon move in and he was excited to show the room to me personally when he happened to stop by at the right time. He also fixed the sink right away when he saw something wrong with it when he showed me in.
The person who gave us the tour was very nice and answered our questions to the best of their ability
My car along with 4 others cars were broken into with their windows smashed on 2/2/2023. I moved in knowing that this was an issue in the community 6 months ago but was assured the situation was being dealt with. This is not the case as break-ins and thefts have only continued.
I know for a fact that in August! Of 2022 there were individuals present in the building providing a quote for a new security system. And again as of yet nothing has been done. This is absolutely unacceptable and why would anyone stay someplace where they loose money on damages and simply don't feel like their property is safe.
