The staff was friendly and very helpful. They got me a same day appointment and fixed my broken window quickly. They did a great job! I will definitely recommend them to others.

Was going to have them replace a sunroof. The guy on the phone told me to look at a used auto parts site and I got a barely used one and saved a 100 bucks compared to the honda dealer. I ended up installing it myself so figured I'd give them some credit. Saved me $250 ish total in the end. Thanks!

Nothing but great things to say about the team at the Tualatin location. Sally was phenomenal to deal with on the phone and just sweet as can be in person. Scott was extremely helpful in explaining the potential issues (I'd been fighting for 8 months) and possible solutions. He was very communicative through the process and solved my leaking issue! This is a great business who will treat you well. After walking out of Safelite months ago when they informed me the glass for my car was damaged and could not be installed, my wife found Collision Auto Glass and Calibration. They worked around our schedule and were proactive in making our appointment happen. It was no surprise that when the date arrived to install our window, they did everything they said they were going to do and they did it well, and in a friendly manner.

I strongly recommend their service to anyone. These are great people who deserve your business!

My husband and I drove from S. CA to visit our daughter in Oregon for the month. On our way a pipe hit our windshield smashing it. It looked like someone took a sledge hammer to it. One glass company that our insurance company recommended couldn’t do it for over a week. We called the local BMW dealership and they referred us to collision Auto Glass & Collision. I called and they called BMW, got the windshield and installed it the next day. They completely understood our situation. We are forever grateful to the professionalism and outstanding service from Collision Auto Glass!

Wonderful experience! Called & talked with Sally (a sweetheart) about driver side window getting stuck & going crooked- she told me exact part to get & bring to them & they would fix- this is a 31 year old car! But they fixed it & at a very reasonable price! Now I can get Dutch bros with the window down- yay! Thank you Sally & guys who worked on my car. I will recommend you hands down

Absolutely fantastic and down to earth. They helped me get through the insurance process and had me in the next day to replace both my driver side and my hatch window.

This place blew me away. I needed to get the windscreen repaired, and these guys did a great job, on the cheap, with a super fast turn around time. I highly recommend them! If you prefer to always support local business, look no further. Most importanty, they did not try to upsell or behave like salesmen.

These folks are top notch. They are quick and we’re careful to point out minute alignment of trim before starting work so as to not be held responsible. I will look for their business name in the future.

Wonderful start to finish. Second day of moving to a new apartment, my window got smashed in. ‍️ I called a few places. Left messages never got calls back. This place answered right away and booked me for the next day.

The front desk lady was really polite. They replaced the window quickly and it looks great.

They did a few extra things they didn't have to and I really appreciated it.

To top it off, there was an adorable office pup.

I will definitely refer my family and friends here!

This place was amazing. I was traveling from out Utah and had someone smash my back window and break into my car while on a hike in Lake Oswego. We had a 14 hour drive planned for 2 days later and thought we would be out of luck and driving in the rain without a window after calling around to places who had no availability until days or weeks later. Luckily we found this place and they got us in and our window replaced literally the next day! They were so nice and helpful and the pricing was very fair, cheaper than going through my insurance. They even cleaned out all the broken glass from my backseat!

Great customer service - the initial replacement of two broken windows went well. When a few issues crept up post replacement, they were great about getting me in and addressing those issues quickly. Thanks Scott!

Scott and his co worker were awesome to work with. They replaced the front glass in my work vehicle very professionally and quickly, reducing the vehicle down time and allowed me to get back to work fast.

If you’re looking for somewhere to have your car, truck or van glass fixed or replaced I highly recommend using their services.

Even though it took nearly 5 months to get the replacement windshield (something to think about when you buy a brand new model.) they kept track of the order a d when the glass finally arrived, got me right in and out. Great people and great perseverance. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service when going here for my work truck. The gal helping behind the counter was great.

I just had a rock chip in the windshield repaired here. The pro met me at the door and asked what I needed. He looked at the damage and immediately took my vehicle back to begin work on it. The work is excellent and I can hardly see where the ding used to be in the glass! All in all it took less than a half hour, it was very fast. I would suggest you just contact your insurance provider ahead of time so they can send the referral over to the shop to make the paperwork process faster and easier!

3.13.2021 Took our Honda in after a break in to have side rear passenger replaced. Sally, the acting store manager went way above and beyond ' the call of duty ' to drive over to the post office i told her i was walking over to track me down - I HAD GIVEN HER THE WRONG SET OF KEYS to
our honda (my prius keys!). She drove over to the post office and told me i had given her the wrong set of keys - i was so impressed that she
would take her time to ' track me down. " i gave her the correct keys,
and by the time i had shopped at two stores and walked back to the TUALATIN COLLISION AUTO GLASS store, they had the window done.and the car was completely vacuumed out of the huge amounts of
broken glass.the price was competitive, also. GREAT JOB, Sallie and their repair tech. 5/5 stars.
