Business Buildings. They have ramp for wheelchair access. But be aware you need to give them 24-hour notice so that they can put a portable ramp at the 8in incline step to get inside the building from the outside concrete ramp. It's a very clean place and easy to find. You can find multiple personal businesses inside from acupuncture to OMMP cards. They also offer a large banquet Area. For group settings

Nice and cozy affordable business space to rent. Inside is a little dated but can't beat the price.
