Dr. Yoon tended to my MRI and medical issues, professionally. She was respectful and willing to find common ground.

The pain management landscape is bumpy and difficult because of the recent opioid crisis in the States. It's difficult as a patient but it's also difficult as a medical professional. Additional, potentially misplaced responsibility is now placed on clinics. Medical professionals, in addition to managing and directing patient care, are also responsible for screening and investigating criminal drug pursuit before administering care. This can drive a wedge between the patient and their doctor.

Dr. Yoon at Columbia possesses the extraordinary qualities that true, bonafide Doctors tend to exhibit. She used intellect, kindness and maintained her confidence. Dr. Yoon exudes real Doctor qualities. Many doctors struggle to find the ground to work from when it comes to patients with chronic, severe pain. Dr. Yoon can help patients traverse this landscape. After many years of climbing an increasingly tall, dark, cold mountain all alone, finally, I feel like I might have found a real pro to help me manage the pain.

Went to Tualatin site. Dr Yoon. A great experience from start to finish. Woke up pain free! Thank you Dr Yoon.

I am a patient of Laura Scobie. She is an excellent provider She has treated me for multiple issues and understanding my adverse reactions to certain medications, found effective alternatives. I have a much better quality of life.

I went in to Columbia Pain Care extremely nervous and came out a very happy camper. Doctor K was the perfect doctor for me. I have a pinched nerve in my upper back, had my injection today and felt marvelous afterwards. Will definitely continue to see the professional and compassionate people at this office. Would very highly recommend these people for back care to everyone dealing with back problems if you want the best, Columbia Pain Care is the place for you.

My review is purely based on witnessing the way one of the receptionist at this facility treated a customer upon check in, otherwise the providers were fantastic and very pleasant. Perhaps a bad day or moment but the lack of patience and continuously talking at and over this customer was painful to watch & appeared to only escalate matters for nothing more than some confusion related to the check in process.

Liked the staff. Just didn't get results I hoped for unfortunately. 3 sets of Shots lasted.maybe 2 weeks each time.

I have been going here for over 2 years, have always met my deductible, co-pay, and always told I owe nothing that everything has been met. I get a bill in February saying I owe an amount, I call them to discuss this because everything I have from them, my insurance says I'm current. I pay my copay and everything is current, and I pay my yearly deductible, everything is current. Now all of a sudden it is not, I find that not being a good way of treating a patient.

I went here for an appointment to discuss my improving neck pain and which of my options (pain management or surgery) would be the best way forward if it were to become bad again. The provider discussed my options and then said a urine test was optional, but necessary if I was to ever move forward with treatment.

I accepted the urine test to keep my options open in the future; since this appointment took a month to get, I wanted to be able to react quickly in case my pain ramped up again. I was not prepared to receive a $1300 charge ($500 out of pocket) for a urine test. It makes me extremely angry to think of those less well off than I being surprised by this huge charge to deal with their pain so they can continue to work or enjoy life.

The Dr was professional and thorough. Asked me a lot of questions and then examined me. He explained things in an easy to understand manner.

I had a 7: 30.a. M.appointment for an epidural injection procedure. All of the staff were so kind and professional. Mila (PA?) was especially nice to meet. She was compassionate, knowledgeable, and thorough.

The injection was so gentle (not my first), and my nerves told me it was right on target, but not painfully so. I was also shown imaging of the procedure, which I really appreciated. Regretfully, I don't remember her name, but she was really skillful and gentle in how she did the injection. Minimal discomfort for me, and I chose local only, not sedation.

This is a place of healing. Highly recommend if you have a choice in PM providers, My back and leg thank you all for your help! I especially appreciate that it will help me to experience some less painful time while I wait for my lumbar surgery to address the core problems.
