Very strict when it comes to the rules and management watches the security camera almost 24/7.
I wouldn't go here if you're the type who values your privacy

Really clean and well kept park. They were very accomodating of a schedule change I requested. We got a nice spot, friendly neighbor, and it's nice and quiet there.

Have always enjoyed this location as it's close to the water. Clean quiet park. One word of warning the spaces are very hard to determine the number and it's easy to get lost

Beautiful, clean grounds and nice concrete padded sites. Decent distance between your neighbors and shower and laundry facilities are good. We were able to check in early, which was nice.

This used to be a nice place. On Sunday morning 10/16 as we were in the coach showering and such, two homeless people drove in, cut the lock off of our tow Dolly and drove out of the park with no problem. The car they used (also stolen according to police) didn’t have a hitch so on person sat in the back with the hatch open and hung on while it left. Got video footage. All they said was sorry. Will never stay here again!

15 year rule is ridiculous. Whether you know about it, whether other parks do it, it’s ridiculous. If they are in horrible condition or don’t look easy on the eye that’s different. Also replies to people are rude and inconsiderate.

Very narrow roads. We have a 44ft 5th wheel and it was difficult getting around the corners.

Stayed one night.clean park with nicely kept sites. We saw a few sites in violation, but overall very clean!

Sites are large. Booked a site up front and got one in the far back. Don’t expect the site you chose. They may change it like ours.

Bathrooms had zero hot water so no showers. Overhead fighter jets were loud! Overall we really thought the park was well kept and a good place to stop while in Portland.

Rv sites were close together. The landscaping needs some work done to it. The airport is too close. I would only stay there again if it was a in and out stay for the night

No peds - unfortunately the reality is different. Who please controls the absolute "no barking"?
Unfortunately, there are very few available places for travelers passing through. You live here if you work in Portland.
And, the offered wifi only works close to the office

The place is big. Must are full timers.
NO TREES OR SHADE.
Spots are tight. Some have a little lawn and some are luckier and can actually put a table on it. Ours was to small to use.
Clean. Well kept. The office lucked due to something (covid or whatever.).
They open a window and there is a second window made of polyglass wite little holes to speak through.
Not the safest area to our opinion (I'm might be officially wrong but it's not the best neighborhood.).
The biggest issue is the noise. They are located at the end of the runway of PDX (Portland's International Airport). Every 90 minutes a plain flys over your head.
Around 9AM every day 8 jet fighters takes off and that's twice as noisy.
Located 35 minutes to Multnomah Falls.

If you are looking for a RV parking with good facilities this is the place to come. Very close to Portland, Columbian river, Multnomah falls, Mount Hood and Portland airport.

I enjoyed my stay. Its a convenient area. Of course there’s plane noise because you’re near the airport, and some traffic noise depending where your rv is at. And they say they have WiFi but that didn’t work the entire 4 day stay for me.
Overall it was clean, I had hook ups and laundry, and I felt safe here!

The park wasn't too bad, until the girls in the office told me that the owners require.me to take down my thin blue line flag. REALLY! The girls said it's a political flag. How can a flag which shows support for the people that put their lives on the line every day be political. Surprised they didn't make me take down the American flag I put up after.isn't that a political flag also.

Love the place and there was a change in staff in 2019. New staff members are wonderful and helpful.

We stayed here first for two nights, the man came back for a night and ended up extending for a week and a half. It’s a great spot given its context in Portland. While the surrounding area and city as a whole have seen some major struggles (driving in to the area is like driving through a movie set of a war zone with literal burned out cars and broken down cars and trash on the sides on then highways) that is not an issue this RV park can control. They keep the park clean and the rugs are new. Some are long term eta but many turn over frequently. The reports of airplane noise aren’t to be ignored, but it’s also not that bad and can go from noisy to non existent depending on which runway approach the PDX airport is using and if the Air National Guard are practicing flying their F-15’s or not (if they are, that’s probably a good thing!). Overall, I highly recommend if your wanting to stay within 15 minutes of downtown Portland, Vancouver WA or PDX airport.

They are strictly enforcing the 15 years or older RV policy. I'm very disappointed in this park, I have a 2001 Monaco diesel pusher motor home. Its is near perfect condition and I have stayed in places that are double to triple the cost of this place with no problem. But because of the BS policy of anything older that 15 years I had to cancel my reservations there. COLUMBIA RV YOU NEED TO MAKE EXCEPTIONS OR YOU WILL LOSE GOOD CUSTOMERS LIKE ME!
