2The units are not as advertised. Says they had a 10x15 unit but the unit is actually 13’ 8” deep per my tape measure.
Been trying to get a unit here now for weeks as it would be the most convenient location for me due to where I live. No one answers the phone when I call, and no one has returned my calls after leaving a detailed message with my contact info. I even tried calling from my wife's phone in the case it had something to do with my phone specifically. Unfortunately I can't just go there and speak with someone directly due to COVID restrictions at this time according to the sign on the office, appointments have to be made via phone. Guess this place isn't hurting for business right now, and the other reviews I've seen on Google for this place pretty much solidify that suspicion. I guess I'll go spend my money somewhere else where customer service is a priority.
