ComedySportz Portland

This was funny and great place to bring family and friends. The atmosphere is clean and funny skits. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this to anyone who enjoys comedy.

Full disclosure, I am a performer and teacher here.

21 years ago I found this place and found a beautiful community that holds the improv principles of 'yes and' and 'got your back' at the core of who they are. Even after having to step away for a number of years I was welcomed back with enthusiasm and warmth. My children have grown in and enjoyed their kids classes. The core show of ComedySportz is joyful and fun and appropriate for anyone.

There is nowhere better to begin your short-form improv education. Clean, top of your intelligence humor, kind and supportive. If youve ever wanted to try improvisational theater, but were too freaked out.this is your safe space. LGBTQ+ and neuro-diverse friendly.

Simply hilarious. Incredible comedy routines and fantastic improv made our visit a night to remember. I hope to head back there as soon as I can!
