I've brought many vehicles to these guys over the years. I've had fantastic car care every single time.
Steve went WAY ABOVE & BEYOND for me to get a used car up to snuff when I was surprising my partner with a car for commuting. I couldn't have pulled it off without Steve's help.
Steve, Daniel & the team are knowledgeable, provide quality work, are TRUSTWORTHY (!) and delightful to work with.
I've since moved away but have returned for body work & will continue to.

We live in the neighborhood and have been working with Daniel and Steve for years, taking all of our vehicles to them for minor and major repairs. They are always very nice and easy to work with. Recently, my daughter had some bad luck with two cars that were totaled, a month apart. Daniel was super patient and helpful during this stressful time and compensated several inspections consecutively so we could get back on the road again as soon as possible. They have a lot of integrity which is often hard to find in the automotive repair world. Thank you Daniel and Steve! We will continue to keep coming back!

One of the best bodyshops that I work with. They do a great job and Daniel is very honest, communicative and responsible owner. I recommended this place to my friends and they were satisfied as well.

I brought my car in for a repair. They recognized that they weren't the right shop for this type of repair and referred me to another shop. What's most surprising is that they didn't charge me for the analysis. What a great shop!

I will do my best to stay tactful on this review, but after my experience here; I am amazed they still have customers. So to begin, I called this business asking them if they would be able to perform the three needed tasks on my car; Tire pressure sensor replacement, oil change and taking a look at the towing light system as it was not working. I was told it would be no problem to do the first two, but the third they would investigate but couldn’t say they would be able to fix it for sure. Completely a respectable answer, so I took my car in a day or two later. After dropping it off at 8 am, they called me around 330-4pm. The technician was extremely rude and belittled me for bringing it there for the pressure sensor, stating I should have gone to Les Schwab, he then told me (without even looking at my vehicle yet) that he wasn’t going to be able to do anything for the tow lights but he was about to start my oil change. I was extremely frustrated with the way he spoke to me, so I called the main office and asked them to just not touch my vehicle and I would be there in minutes to pick it up. I’m not sure if the man in the office was the owner or management, but he was one of the most misogynistic, condescending and tyrannical men I’ve encountered. I tried keeping my composure and asking for my keys over and over so I could leave. My car was right outside- all I needed was my keys. Instead of handing them to me, he then continued to say I was wrong about the technician being rude, trying to “educate” me about what my vehicle needed. He kept me in that office despite me asking and stating “I just want my keys and to leave” repetitively. It took almost 10 minutes for him to finish belittling me and finally give me my keys to leave.
I would recommend that any woman who doesn’t enjoy being talked to as if she is a child or as if she is completely ignorant- AVOID THIS SHOP. This business is clearly stuck in a misogynistic era and does not deserve our hard earned money.
*Side note; the next day I took my vehicle into Ford, they had everything fixed and checked what the shop had tried to tell me was a “faulty ignition” (it wasn’t faulty). Not once did they speak down to me and customer service was impeccable.

I took my vehicle in to get a quote. All but one thing, I stated when I walked in. I just wanted to know how much it would be to fix. They call me and want to charge me $140 to diagnose and another $20 ish to sanitize the car because of Covid. Three hours later, I go back, and they tell me all of the things that I told them when walking in and didn’t even give me a quote on how much it would be to actually fix the problems. Needless to say, I was frustrated. They told me I didn’t need to pay if I just went somewhere else. Thanks. GLADLY. I’ll never go back again.

These guys are simply the best. Excellent service all around, and they even went so far as to advise me on options to save money on a repair. Find another body shop that will do that.

I couldn’t have asked for better service. They gave me a walk-in estimate that was significantly lower than other estimates. They fit me in right away. The work was high quality AND done on time. They fixed some scrapes unrkated to my accident free of charge. Everyone was also really nice to me

Highly recommend! Nice people, great service, especially when I broke down and needed a tow. Even though I hadn't been to this shop before, they were incredibly helpful! Took care of my car fast and got me back on the road!

Daniel was so helpful and kind and he fixed a minor body issue of mine for free! I truly appreciate his customer service and professionalism and I will definitely be coming here again in the future if need be!

I had an accident and looking for a quote to fix my car, they were happy to do a walk in. They were amazingly friendly and helpful giving more than one option that ended up saving me $ 2200 dollars they only had my car for a short time and even detailed my car. I just needed a simple steering wheel cover took and off. They told me it probly be an hour but then they did a second look and it took 20 seconds they save me time and money thanks a lot I really appreciate. It I recommend this place very honest and very efficient.

Whew! That was easy. My brake lights went out. I stopped at my regular mechanic and they told me they could get me in in 6 days! That would have been VERY unsafe. I dropped into Comfort and they instantly took care of it because they said it wasn't safe for me to be driving. Not only that, but it was free. Really thought they were nice and went out of their way for me. Thank you!

Great people! Very nice and honest! Had a massive heater core repair and they worked very hard and fast through unforseen circumstances with the vehicle. Very professional!

I originally went in with needing multiple things looked at from my headlights to bodywork repair. They made me feel comfortable by providing honest suggestions and services! I was able to drop off my car and get important repairs done same day. This shop is affordable, trustworthy, and truly seem to enjoy the work they are doing! Amber was a doll and kept me updated on my car repairs. I will be going back there in the near future to finish up my repairs!

THESE PEOPLE ARE UNETHICAL LIARS! They gave me an estimate, and then realized it was wrong due to an error in their system, but told me they would honor it anyhow. After THREE WEEKS of waiting for them, they came back with a new estimate over $300 MORE THAN THE ORIGINAL! When confronted about the new estimate, Amber called us CHEAP!

Omg, If you need auto repair go here. I took my Jeep here after another shop kept me waiting only to say they didnt have room. CARBR were friendly, got me in immediatly, and told me I could buy lamps online, they hammered out my bumper and wheelwell for free and told me they could take my money, but I should keep if it I wasnt interested in the cosmetic. Said it was an easy fix! Ive NEVER had a shop not try to gouge me. I gave them the job to fix it for ne, and will recommend them to everyone I can. Ty Daniel!

Had an issue with my headlight. Stopped in when they were closing on a Monday. The head mechanic and another mechanic came out from what they were doing and fixed it for free. Will be using this shop for upcoming car repairs. Thank you. Great people at this place.

These folks always go above and beyond with their service. I brought a car in for a body repair after being rear-ended. The person at-fault paid for the repair, but Comfort Auto appreciated me bringing them the work so they detailed my car, shined my tires/hub caps AND touched up the paint on my front bumper where it was scuffed and a mismatched part was previously installed. My 1997 SUV now looks virtually brand new-they're THAT good.
