3This service is a staple here in the gorge. They have empathetic, helpful employees working here. Normally, asking for help is hard as we as humans are prideful and embarrassed. The staff here doesn't make you feel bad for needing help. They were wonderful, and I was near tears with all of the help and resources that they shared with me.
You go for help they then send you after all this information have you fill out paperwork. Then when you go back the next day they don't want it and won't help. Thanks for wasting all my gas for nothing.so now on top of everything I have no way of doing anything.
I Don't even know where to begin but, all I can say is that these girls that are "RUNNING " the show need to be replaced. They are rude insensitive to certain people and their needs I'm Homeless and went to apply for propane. Needless to say is that it never happened they did not help me and it's all the fault of one of their employees and lies. Worst place ever in my opinion.
