As a first time homebuyer, we came into the process with zero knowledge and a lot of questions. Amy did a fantastic job communicating with us, as well as providing recommendations for other providers (loans, titles, etc.) who are great at working with newbies like us. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area, and always adds her genuine opinion when asked. The home we ended up buying, initially we had no desire to tour, but it was Amy’s expertise that pointed us in the right direction. It was fabulous to work with her!

Amy was the best! She took the time to listen which was huge, not just sell us on a listing to make the deal. She was willing to write-up offers when asked and ask questions and negotiate on our behalf (as you would hope and expect.) She is very knowledgeable of the Baker County area and the real estate market in eastern Oregon. Would highly recommend.

Couldn't have been happier with her during the negotiation process, closing, and after closing as she went above and beyond after the sale was final to continue to help us. She helped with people to take care of the house before we could get to Baker full time with many aspects including landscaping as well as just driving by to make sure all looked good. She has continued to help out by recommending other contractors that might be needed and genuinely cares about us, the neighborhood, and the community.

I was looking for a house and realtor I was to meet with blew me off, a different Realtor (I was from out of state) I found a house that was listed by Compass, and contacted Amy and she did what she could to help me out, but things did not work out. Amy would send me listings that would be within my price range and style I was looking for.
A few moths later I found 1 that I was interested in. My son was going to be in town a few days later and could Check it out for me. She was concerned that it needed more work then what I was wanting. It was a good fit for me and Amy started working on the deal. Amy kept in contact with me the whole time and did all she could for me. She was able to get the price down more then I thought was possible. I now live in that house.
