Everyone is incredibly kind and helpful. I feel that I'm getting the best possible care for my cats by people who really care. Even after I moved across the river, I still come to Compass because I know this team is amazing!

Everyone at Compass Veterinary Clinic is always exceptional. Trusting them with Celery and Estes has been a no brainer the last 6 years, and I look forward to the future care provided.

Last week I brought Babette in on an emergency basis without an appointment. Dr. Connolly and her team rushed to my dog's aid. They placed her in an oxygen tent, administered needed meds, and saved her life. I'm very grateful for their speedy efforts to save my sweet Babs.

At our last visit the receptionist and vet technician were very friendly and easy to talk to. My dog really enjoyed meeting the vet tech and felt comfortable around her. The wait time was super short and the checkout process was easy.

While I had some qualms about their deposit policy and charging $100 to my card for the initial visit, the service and care provided by Dr. Connolly was a breath of fresh air! I am ecstatic that my bunny will be happy, healthy, and well looked after in his golden years by a knowledgable vet who clearly loves bun buns as much as I do.

Compass Vet is really awesome. I go for care for my rabbits and I trust them completely. They are skilled and dote on my little guy, who has a whole bunch of dental issues due to last neglect. I know he is safe in their care.

Really the only negative thing I would say is that if you are coordinating with a whole bunch of different vets, you are going to get bounced around a lot. One vet told me to go here, we went here, and $150 later we were told to go back to the SAME vet. Makes me want to pull my hair out. I am not sure that is in their control but it is frustrating nevertheless.

Dr. Connelly and her team have been caring for all the wildcats and domestic cats at WildCat Ridge Sanctuary for over seven years. In that time she has gone above and beyond doing everything she can for the Sanctuary. She is never more than a phone call away, and in the in rescue world of tigers, lions, cheetahs, and more she has always managed to help us when we need her. Her compassion and commitment to the care of cats that most vets won't even see, has been HUGE and something we know we can count on. Over that time she has done life-saving surgeries on critically ill tigers, lions, servals, and more. All of this is on top of running the clinic and taking the best care of her patients in Lake Oswego. When the Sanctuary had to evacuate in 2020 because of the fires, she was a huge part of making sure we had everything we needed to get the cats moved safely. Dr. Connolly who had no previous experience working with big cats took on the challenge and has provided excellent care for all of the animals at the Sanctuary. Coming up with innovative, and outside-the-box ideas when needed, working after hours, on her days off, and on-site, she has been an incredible warrior and we are forever grateful to have her on our team. Dr. Cheri Connolly has literally been a lifesaver for so many of the precious wildcats we care for ️

Compass is great and still believe in customer service. They were able to get my girl in right after Labor Day weekend (4 day wait) and called to see how she was doing within 48hrs of visit. I love it!

My dog was supposed to get neutered tomorrow and they just called me saying it's been pushed back for over a MONTH and were totally unwilling to help. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE.

Don't bother going through the online intake. I provided my name, address, email, phone number, names of my two dogs, their ages, color of their coats, their breeds, background, reason for visit. Apparently none of that sticks. "It can be frustrating" i was told. Yes it can be. Also, the calendar you are given for your appointment request, has NOTHING to do with their actual availability. Earliest they could see my dogs was two weeks out.i explained that one of them was very uncomfortable due to some rash. The person I spoke with was first and foremost concerned about a deposit i needed to pay BEFORE the appointment. I understand that SOME people may not show up to their appointments. But, I strongly recommend that you don't have procedures in place that are likely to upset the great majority of clients that don't need to be treated like potential criminals to prevent the few bad apples. I called them between appointments in my crazy schedule thinking i just needed to confirm what i already told them on their online system. Not the case. 15 minutes later and as i was getting in my car she wanted my visa card number. I hung up (not the coolest thing to do and i am sorry). But, you system is antiquated at best and mistrusting of great potential HONEST clients at worst.

FOR WHAT IT IS WORTH. I am not complaining about the length of time to get an appointment. That happens. I am complaining about 1. Lack of relationship between what the online portal collects and what you get. A colossal waste of people's time. 2. Lack of relationship between what the portal offers for appt time and what you actually get. 3. Lack of trust in people. Cannot be that many people that dont show up for their appts. The few should not dictate policies that impact all. Your business your policies. I would not do that in any of my businesses. Thanks for taking the time to reply.

There aren’t a lot of small animal vets in this area, I really love Compass vet clinic for that reason. I’ve brought my variety of small animals to them and they take their health and care just as seriously as a dog or cats. They continue to show my small animals the best care:)

Vets who know and love Rabbits this well are hard to find.
We have watched the team at Compass take wonderful care of the Rescue House Rabbits we foster, and now they also care for our beloved Personal House Rabbits as well.

If you have rabbits in need of care: Compass is the place to go.

I’ve been going to Compass Veterinarian for about 4 1/2 years now. Dr Connolly and all of the staff have been great! Getting appointments has been easy and the follow up after visits is a great touch. I would highly recommend them.
