6I love this store! They are always so incredibly generous and helpful.i would have had to pay for 10 phones this year alone if not for them, lol.truly, this place is a gem.thank you, comp rite! #comprite
I am so mad. I gave them my conputer to fix, they told me it would be done in 2 days, and said they would call me when it's ready. Apparently it wasn't, I had to wait for three weeks. Now it hasn't even been a month and the same problem happened again, along with another problem that happened because of how they fixed my computer, this is ridiculous.
They’re truly the best! Extremely patient, kind, and very good at what they do. Hands down the best repair shop I’ve been too
So you guys have had my son's PC for a week now. The only communication we've had is when my son reached out to you guys. The first time we were told that the problem was fixed but that you were running more testing. How long does it take to run testing on a PC? What do we have to do to get you guys to communicate with us when we were told that this would only take three or four days and you still have my son's PC. We have paid you almost $300! It's super great if you're actually working on the PC but at this point we kind of feel like it's been put on the back burner and you're just putting us off and avoiding us.
John was extremely helpful and professional. Despite experiencing staffing shortages he was able to get my desktop PC that wouldn't even turn on up and running in no time.
John told me they also work on small appliances. I'm looking forward to heading back up there soon.
Paul was very nice but I sold him something and feel as If he got over in me. He sent me money for a product Cellebrite and a laptop. I received $40 for laptop and 58.50 for cellbrite. He said he would pay the rest if it was working properly. When I text him to check never replied. I feel like he is dodging me now. Cause I know that cellbrite as is is worth at least $100 used and if you have all the components it’s worth $1000. So if you could pay me what you owe I will take this down.
