I have lived quite a few places around the country and have been lucky enough to find some pretty good chiropractors over 30+ years of chiropractic care, but Dr. Brenda is hands down THE BEST. Her understanding of the human body is unparalleled. I was going to another chiropractor for a back issue for a few months before I found her, and in just one appointment with her I felt significantly better. I also had some ankle-stiffness issues after a tendon-repair surgery (did 11 months of PT), and after just a few sessions with her using the Graston Technique, my ankle had more mobility than it had in over a year. She also gives me excellent pointers on how to modify poses in my yoga classes to avoid aggravating my back. Everyone at the office is also incredibly friendly, especially Ashlin at the front desk. She is always super helpful whenever I need anything.

She provides referral suggestions when other providers are appropriate. She is patient and encouraging and provides a climate that helps you to participate and follow a plan that is best for your situation. The massage therapist, Leah is excellent. Her knowledge and use of a variety of techniques has always been helpful. She takes the time to talk to you before and after treatment to assess and monitor your needs and progress. I’ve been seeing Jenna for a little over a year and it has been the best experience I’ve had with any health care professional. She listens, works with you, gives you information as to why she is doing the methods she’s choosing, and looks at a wholistic perspective when working with you! She’s open to providing additional information and/or resources if you ask! Absolutely fantastic experience and I go monthly now after beginning weekly/bi-weekly.
