Have used them a few times now, each time they have been great. They show up on time (which is saying alot in Eugene) and they do good work.

I called this company on a Friday and they sent out Mick and Reese the following Monday. They showed up on time and proceeded to bust out the work. I have to say that I was impressed by their team work and how hard they worked. This company gets 10 stars from me. Highly recommended:)

Although the Electrician was nice enough and did the job well (simple thermostat replace) i was shocked to see the hourly rate on my invoice was $127 per hour. The guy was here for 20mins tops. When I asked the person who sent me the invoice, I feel like I could hear the laugh in his message saying "Yes, our rates have risen alot in the last few years". Then, to top it off, there is no way for me to pay, unless with Check, without paying a 3% service charge. So on top of being expensive for the hourly rate, they then charge you additionally to pay them. I feel like the convenience fee should be included within the $127 per hour. I will probably not be using this Company again, and instead will try to use a Company or are more forth coming with prices, and who are not just solely focused on $$. I'm disappointed.

During a recent cold period, one of our insert wall heaters went out unexpectedly. We called around and Contractors Electric was able to send someone out the next day. The electrician was friendly, efficient, and professional. Fortunately, a local shop had a replacement unit in stock and Contractors was able to replace the unit within a short time frame. The invoice was reasonably and overall we were very pleased with the service provided.

Very prompt and professional. Had a tenant with a bad circuit, out the next day and fixed.

They scheduled an appointment that was acceptable to me, and then came 2 days earlier! Fast clean work.

Competent and professional for the repaired overheated junction box. Just know that you will pay ~$130/ hr.for a trained electrician to drive and/or get parts at times. Seemed like an unreasonable amount of the labor charge (2.25 hrs.in total) was for time not actually on-site. Arrival and diagnosis (30 min.max.), left for ~1hr.to check on another job (which I am assuming was billed to THAT job) and get parts, returned to do repair which was rather quick since the whole house power needed to be turned off. I understand that electricians need to be paid when they are working (no matter what they are doing apparently), but rates should be adjusted to reflect time not actually utilizing highly-valued knowledge and skills, otherwise the business model remains vulnerable with customers.

Had a tech come out to replace a ceiling fan and install a bath fan. When I made the appointment, no one bothered to say that I would be charged for his drive time to me, when I live quite a ways out of town. Received the invoice, was almost double what I was expecting, because I was charged for almost 2 hours of drive time (I live 40 mins from this company). I called the office two days in a row to ask about the invoice, before I finally got a call back on the third day. Guess I should have gone with a local company instead, and asked for more information on pricing upfront. Lesson learned, but beware if you use this company!

I called Contractors Electric because I had lost power to part of my house when my RV was plugged into an outdoor outlet. The electrician came out and pointed out a 3rd electrical panel that I was unaware of at my property. There was a tripped breaker, which was reset and all was good. He was at my residence all of 5 minutes and they still charged me for an hour, at a rate of $115. This is beyond absurd and I will not be calling them again for any reason. Last Spring I had a plumber come to my house to look at my main water line, and confirm that a repair that I did was sufficient. He came and chatted with me about the repair and inspected it and did not charge me anything because he said that he prefers to gain customers long term over a short term profit. It's too bad Contractors Electric doesn't have the same values as a business.

Great job guys! They arrived on time every day and were very responsive, discussing the work as they went along and cleaning up perfectly afterward. Had new grounds rewired to several areas in the house, and what could have been a three day job only took two days and even finished earlier on the second day. Would definitely call again - thanks!

Josh was amazing. He accessed our tiny crawl space which was obstructed by masses of insulation and performed a magical repair. Another electrician had quoted us in the thousands with a wall demolition. Josh was able to fix the issue much less expensively and without property damage through thorough and clever detective work and ingenuity. I recommend this company exclusively for electric work.

I had a light switch and fan put in my bathroom I was remodeling. Everything works fine but the switch box cut out was extremely jagged. Had to pay a contractor to come in and patch up the big gaps on top and bottom of the cut out for the switch box. He had to puddy, paint, and sand it so it looked normal again. Reached out to the email listed at the bottom of my bill to see if I could get a discount to counter my extra cost due to the poor quality cut in the wall, never heard back. Opted to just pay my over 800$ bill.
