Quote only good for 2 days, need to fill out a credit application or give a credit card in advance even if paying at the time of service. Failed to see repairs that another company picked up on immediately. Very shady. Choose someone else.

After years of doing business with Source refrigeration, I found out this year that CoolSys had bought them out. I called in early November to have them work on one of my stand up coolers. The dispatcher called back and wanted to know if I was comfortable with the travel costs. I told her I needed to know how much. She called back twice to let me know she was still trying to find out how much they were. Then I never heard another word. A couple weeks go by and I called to find out what happened. THEY CANCELLED the work order! I explained to the next guy what had happened and he scheduled me for 48 hour service. A week goes buy and I called again to find out they had CANCELLED it a 2nd time for the same reasons (cost of labor) I told them I had agreed to pay it. The new girl said they weren't coming. I told her it would have been nice to know when it was cancelled. I will find a company who wants my money

I noticed other comments about driver.
I was tailgated while I was passing other cars. As I finally changed lanes, with a signal, the driver just about took off my rear bumper. I am not a customer and if I was looking for a company it would NOT be this one. I worked in the service industry for 15 years and as a driver you represent the company. Get this driver off and road.

The driver was stopped at a green light, I almost hit him. When I came to a stop behind him and waited for him to go, he stuck his finger out the window and flipped me off randomly. I didn’t honk, I didn’t even acknowledge him, he just flipped me off unprovoked. I don’t think I’d want this guy in my home or business if he is that unstable.

I couldn't figure out why their driver in Gresham / Troutdale had such a difficult time driving between the lines, or maintaining the speed limit with traffic. Until we got to a red light a few miles later and the driver was on his cell phone. I don't trust a company that takes that level of safety so haphazardly.
