We interviewed three builders and ultimately selected Copperline to build our new home; construction started in February 2020 and was completed in May 2021. They participated in the (lengthy) design process, offering ideas to keep the project within budget. They partnered well with our architect, our interior design team, our engineers, and our landscapers. They finished the project on time and on budget.

As we get to know our new home (now that we have moved in), they are responsive to any questions we have about its systems and features. Josh and Simon were both highly engaged throughout the process - regularly coming up with ideas to make the house the best it could be - and very interactive and insightful for those last minute questions and issues that arise only after construction begins.

The quality of their work is top notch. I have very high standards, and Copperline consistently met or exceeded them. If I were building another home, I would use Copperline again, and would recommend them highly to anyone else considering them.

We would offer the *highest* recommendation possible for the Copperline Homes team. This space is not large enough to go into all of the details. We took on a massive restoration of a home that is on the National Registry of Landmarks, so this project needed not only a great general contractor, but a high level of artistry and process savvy, as we needed to navigate many additional levels of agency/commission approvals. We did a lot of primary research to find just the right partners to make this the home that we wanted. The Copperline Team were exceptional at balancing competing requirements and not just finding solutions, but actually elevated designs and aesthetics. People often underestimate the importance of the quality of people and relationships that a firm has with its portfolio of sub-contractors/specialty trades - that is often the difference between a happy/on time/exquisite outcome and an unhappy/late/disappointing outcome. Copperline has curated a set of unparalleled relationships with their sub-contractors - they are nothing short of artists - I will still to this day, walk around the house and marvel at the level of craftsmanship and say that I am grateful to be living in a piece of art. Finally, all of this is true because of the kind of people that are at Copperline - they are not only visionary in their work, but they are kind, caring and compassionate people that understand how important your project and its details are - and they make your priorities and emotions their own priorities and emotions. We cannot recommend them highly enough - choose Copperline.

We could not be more pleased with the experience of working with Copperline Homes. We purchased a 15 year old home from an older couple that needed a lot of updating. Before we purchased we had the guys at Copperline tour the home with us and they saw opportunities that we would have completely missed. We built a custom home in Tetherow which has a lot of unique aspects. Copperline was great to work with (and I’m admittedly very demanding). We heard countless horror stories with local builders when we started our search, so I can’t recommend Copperline enough as we didn’t run into any issues. Honest, thoughtful and will always guide you in the right direction to get the most bang for your buck without sacrificing quality.
