Coral heights

Came here to take a tour and get a feel for the place. I had a wonderful experience being accommodated by Aleah. She was very kind, was able to answer all my questions and made me feel very welcomed.

Aleah took me on a tour recently and I’ve never had such a memorable tour experience. I’m new to Salem and not only was she informative about the area she was initially new to as well but gave a lot of insight into the Coral Heights community in regards to the potential of being a future renter. She was warm, welcoming and very understanding of my situation. Due to medical issues I had to postpone my move. If the opportunity arises in the future to rent a place where she works at, I am inclined to do so after the experience I had.

I lived there till September. I hightly recommen this property. Aleah is the manager always there to fix any issues that i come across. An example is when there was a leak on my roof. Aleah called Fito and got it repair with in an hour.

I have been living here for about almost 2 years. Aleah haven been very helpful when I need things fixed. I never had a problem. Everyone here is very respectful which I appreciate. The best experience for a fist time renter.

I came to look to look at an apartment and the property manager Aleah was absolutely amazing she answered every question I had and was very professional the apartment was very clean and a great price for the area

I went on a tour with my and the manager Aleha and it was great. She was very informative and knew her property down to the last detail. The place seems right on for what is charged. I would say go there and check it out, ask for Aleha.

I have lived here for nearly 10 years. The owners are super nice. They are wonderful people to work with insofar as tenant/owner relationships are concerned. They are so respectful. The management team is also very wonderful. And very responsive whenever we have issues regarding maintenance or anything, really. Also, the maintenance team is very wonderful as well. Highly recommend this community or anywhere within the JK Management community.
