Felicia did an amazing job and cut my hair exactly how I asked. The salon is very clean and pleasant. I will definitely be back.

I asked for an inch off the bottom and layering. I liked the dry parts and damaged parts of my hair, and she butchered my hair. I’m trying to be cool about it. It was the one with a shaved head and blue hair. I didn’t leave her a tip because I wasn’t satisfied with her work. That’s so rude to harm a customer or not provide a service they payed for. Hey maybe some don’t have the money to leave a tip. You shouldn’t harm clients like that. That’s so piggish and pig headed. I believe it was intentional. If employees act like that I feel they should be put on blast. It’s bad for business. There’s nothing I can do about it now. When I looked at the ground I seen 4-5 inches of hair on the ground. There are some great hair dressers there who pay attention to detail and do their best, and work hard. I’m a disabled woman who lives on a fixed income.

Cynthia always cuts my hair she always does an amazing job, always so polite! Definitely going to be a regular customer!

When I went over to Great clips and they were closed even though they were supposed to be open. So we came down here and she had a cancellation luckily and took her right in. Thank you Michelle you are an excellent hairstyle list for her. You gave her what she wanted.

Gaby my stylist was great! She cut my hair good and quick plus she was very nice and sweet! Not to mention, she was gorgeous lol. Will definitely go back again! Thank you Gaby!

Cynthia is AMAZING. She done my daughters curly cut and exceeded all expectations. So nice and made my daughter feel comfortable during her cut and confident after. So thankful.

I sent my 3 teenage boys in with 3 different haircut requests via pictures and the lady cut all of there hair complete opposite of picture. She gave all 3 of them a librarian style from the 70's haircuts! I definitely would NOT recommend and We will NEVER go back!

Showed up earlt for my appointment and they were able to get me in almost right away. Not much of a small talk person but my stylist made the co veration easy and not forced while also noticing my silence and respected that as well (huge PLUS for that!)

Daughter went in for a haircut, she told them what she wanted with photo references, something simple, little on the short side like a long pixie cut, they ended up shaving more than half her head leaving just a little on the top, far from what the photo was showing for reference. Not a good place for haircuts unless you want it shaved.

She was so personable and did an outstanding job. She listened to exactly what I wanted and I appreciated that so much. I also gave her a $20 tip for the fantastic job! Thanks again
