Costco Wholesale, Hillsboro OR

It's a Costco. This location has a wider selection than many Costcos. Not quite as many Manager Specials as one past the airport.

Taking off one star because they removed the coffee roaster. One of our favorite reasons for hitting this location.

Somewhat odd the gas station doesn't have diesel.

Whoever is decorating the cakes over there is killing it. My sons love their birthday cakes with lego/ construction truck/ ninja/ monster truck icing art

Be careful at this location if you’re POC. Causally shopping with my fam and the attendant at the self checkout targeted us. She never left our side the whole time, verifying multiple times if my membership matched what I scanned and the name on my credit card. She ended by giving us a lecture on membership rules? We’ve been membership holders for +30 years! I get it, they are more strict on membership rules, but other customers (not POC) were not given the same treatment. Another POC fam next to us got the same treatment. SMH. Do better on hiring Costco.

The staff has gotten xceptionall rude over the last year. I literally dead having to come here now. If it weren't for the fact that they exclusively have some items I need for my kids, I wouldn't come at all.

I don't care for the amount of scrutiny I get from people constantly checking my membership card and treating me like a suspected thief. I must fit some kind of visual profile. They treat the sample service people like hell too. Like that's a glamorous job to begin with. Plus the polish dog being gone and they are shoring up the things they still offer at the food court. I don't think I'm going to be renewing my membership next time around.

Costco hot dog and a Diet Pepsi. Four kinds of ice cream sundaes plain, with chocolate syrup, with strawberry jam (?), blend of strawberry & vanilla

My recent shopping experience at this Costco was quick and easy while restocking for the County fair, staff was friendly and check out was a breeze.

Always love going here and always had what I need, also love the affordable food options. The other day I bought a laptop and saved 200$!

Car tyres great deal, also have those new product introduction low promote price that is hard to find anywhere else, but they gone fairly quick, keep shopping and keep you eye open.

Had to get new glasses from my kiddo. The lady who helped us in optical was amazing. She gave us exactly what we needed and helped us find the perfect pair. We wouldn't have been able to do it without her.

Products they sell have less variety’s to choose from.lacking of customer service.parking design is atrocious.you close too damn early.

Normal Costco experience. I dont go to this store often. It was busier than my other store but I seemed to get in and out just as fast.

Everybody knows that Costco is the best it's pretty busy most of the time but it's well worth it to get what you need and they have great prices.

Best place in Hillsboro to buy everything with a guarantee and extended return policy like no other.

We shop at Costco weekly and this time the cashier was very rude for no reason her name was Lisa. Both my husband and my mother in law have cards and always shop together and they never ask for 2 cards. Anyway this time Lisa did and it’s fine we showed her the 2 cards but she was still rude saying we can’t do that it’s the policy that even if we are together we have to use 2 cards. So I asked the supervisor and he said if we are together we can use 1 card is fine. Anyway she made the experience really bad specially when we drop 300$ every week.

Loved to shop in Costco. Various items in large quantities at reasonable prices and wonderful return policy. No questions asked. Happily you can return if you don't like it at a later date.

Was able to get in and out fairly quickly. Not usually the case here. This is a very busy Costco! And the parking lot to exit and get to the intersection with a light is not the greatest engineering in any way.

They broke my lug nut and the stud. To change this, I have to pay $150! They are doing bad job and they made me drive from Portland to Hillsboro. When I arrived, their manager (Omar) said we don’t know if it was us or someone else broke it. I told him I don’t drive it and it was you the one who broke it. But they made me feel as a liar.
Shame on you for damaging my car and make me the bad person! Shame!
