Costco Wholesale reviews
18Ordered pizza at food court for football team. On time and ready to go when I got there. I avoided ordering at Tigard, although it was closer, because orders are never ready on time. Wilsonville was great!
Waited over 20 minutes in line at the food court and got a very burnt Chicken Bake — obviously I can’t blame them for the crowds but serving burnt food right out the gate is inexcusable
Found what I needed even though it's laid out differently than the one I go to in Idaho.
I love the Wilsonville Costco. The layout makes more sense than other Costcos and it is less busy than the other locations.
Dude i just returned a vacuum and Jose was our customer service person who helped us with our return.he was literally the best super helpful and professional! I would definitely come back and return some more things.super funny too anyways.homie deserves a raise. 100%
I will never go to Wilsonville costco again terrable experience. I went with my brother who is a member I'm not a member I decided to get 1 item. At checkout I went to buy thr item and he used his card for me and 3 employees ran up to us screaming saying you can't fo that! Where gunna pull your membership if you do that again! What your too good to take my money!? ! Then the self check out clerk demanded my ID as I pulled it out she said actually nevermind I can see all your grey hairs. I'm 30 and have zero grey hair. How rude disrespectful and unprofessional!
It's Costco. Costco is Costco. I'm not sure what else to other then I wished there was a Sam's Club here.
I love Costco. Small/ local (Washington) company has done well by selecting the best products combined with outstanding customer service and samples.
Not really a fan anymore. Prices just went over the top. Probably won't be worth a renewal next time.
Going to this Costco has become embarrassing. Being told (like a parent speaks their child) you can't do this or that is garbage. Sorry you can't manage a warehouse that isn't my problem.
The crack down on membership sharing is not specific to this location, but it is an unnecessary hassle. I've never shared my membership before but suddenly I'm feeling tempted. I mean if you're going to make things annoying regardless.
Went in with a couple of questions for the front desk, and they were very helpful and kind. Satisfied customer here.
They usually have everything I need. I needed things to pack and they had everything I needed
Pay 60 bucks for membership and you will get expensive gas and food to feed the whole village (even if you don't want)
Geezzz. Waited ten minutes to get two ice cream Sundays. Only one person was working the counter. It’s bad enough the cups are filled around the edges leaving the center hollow but they didn’t even fill the cup. Only three quarters full. It’s BS. She just stared at me when I mentioned they weren’t full. VERY DISAPPOINTED. They guy in front of me got a hot dog and the bun was soggy with water from the hot dog. Guess it really is true you get what you pay for.
Great deals, great sizes, great people, overall a great place to shop and is just a great place to be
So much better than the Clackamas Costco! Parking is spacious, easy to get in and out, and the weekends are not super crowded.
Good deals for members, but most things are available for a limited time. Most things are also mega-sized. You need to shop fairly regularly or for big ticket items to earn the value on your membership. Of course the Food Court bargains are an added bonus. Check the Google listing for less busy times such as weekday evenings.
