I can’t say enough good things about this dealership. Radio was incredibly patient as we decided on our purchase, he was knowledgeable and worked to answer all of our questions making sure we had all of the information to make an educated decision. He never pressured us and worked hard to remove any concerns we had. We drove 5hrs each way to get our new ‘24 Rubicon and it was well worth it. The entire process was seamless, I was really concerned because this was our first out of state purchase but the deal was so good we had to make the drive. Radio and the staff at Cottage Grove Jeep were true to their word and we got an awesome deal. Everyone was so welcoming when we arrived, low key, no pressure, and everything was streamlined so we could finish our deal and head back for the long drive home with our new Jeep with no surprises. Awesome experience with Jeremy! We were looking for something specific and he found it for us. He explained everything about the car very well. When we went to pick up the car, he had already ordered touch up paint for us and researched a dashboard mat. He set us up with Ryan who sat in the car with us and explained all the controls. What a knowledgeable, helpful team. So honest and sincere with absolutely NO PRESSURE! I would recommend this dealership to everyone!

Looking to test drive some jeeps, we stopped in and Ryan was very helpful in explaining the options on the jeeps we were interested in, to help us narrow down what we wanted pretty quickly. Not having exactly what we wanted, they offered to build one and during this process, found one that they could trade for at another dealer. Not sure about purchasing sight unseen, we told Ryan and Paul that we would need time to think it over. All of this was done in less than an hour and absolutely no pressure or switching sales people - a very refreshing experience and frankly unexpected. We called a few days later and were able to make a deal for the jeep they had found. Cant say enough about the no nagging once we originally left the dealership - definitely would recommend Cottage Grove CDRJ and Ryan and Paul!

The staff at CGCDJ are super! I'm not currently in the market for a car but that's ok, they are more than just sales. I love taking my vehicles in to be serviced there. They have a comfortable waiting area, with complementary snacks and water. The Parts department can help you order whatever you might need. AND I love that you can schedule getting your car detailed! I'm thankful we have this awesome dealership in our town!

I was disappointed to learn that the repair shop won't honor the manufacturers warranty on parts sold directly from chrysler. Staff is rude and unhelpful. I was referred down from another dealership. I'll be letting the other dealership know not to send new customers down anymore.

Love this place and their customer service not so happy with my jeep right now but so far they've been amazing to work with. They give me an update on parts ordered, call and updated me on my car like it's my kid having surgery or something. And when my window rolled down it would not go up in the middle of the coffee drive through, I drove over and they temporarily helped me out right then, probably because I was just a big fat hot mess. Never the less, they definitely take care of you after you buy a car there. I'm not disappointed.

My sales consultant Gabe Ekwall worked with me to find what I was looking for, with no appointments or contact beforehand I just showed up and we found something to fit my requirements. He was very professional and down to earth and willing to work at my pace. The finance specialist Chase Carroll was also really professional and worked with me to give me a better deal than I expected he also got me a fantastic warranty. I couldn't have asked for a better team to guide me through my fist vehicle purchase. I'm going to be a return customer because of the hard work and upstanding customer service

I own the Jeep Grand Cherokee engine light came on a my sequence for servicing these type of issues is simple if I can do it myself I will or I will take it to my local mechanic. In situations not easily resolved or it's out of my expertise or my local mechanics expertise I take it to the dealer. There I trust that they have the skills and the equipment to properly diagnose any issue. The service writer calls me and said mechanic has a good feeling do you spend $1600 to repair. My request was will this fix the problem. Again the service writers response was I have a good feeling that my mechanic has a good feeling but no guarantees. So I spent $150 to find out that everybody had a good feeling about solving my problem. Not a fan!

Best experience I have ever had at a dodge dealership from the manager Chase to the service team associate who helped us with diagnostic testing and getting our Ram in excellent condition! The surface area has an amazing set up! It has coffee, hot chocolate, tea, free snacks vending machines and the furniture is very comfortable! Everyone has been so friendly and this has been the most relaxing experience! I cannot wait to continue using cottage Grove, Chrysler Dodge services for all of my updates and accessories for both our truck and SUV
