I have stay in quite a few hotels, motels, inns and out of those this inn is by far one of the best ones, they are strict about their smoking policy and it shows:) very clean and organized! I will definitely be staying here again:)

I've not had any issues when we stay here. Nice rooms, nice employees. Like the 12 pm check out. And the breakfast is good.

The rooms are fine and clean. It's your typical "one-step-above-a-Motel-6" type of hotel. A decent breakfast with a waffle maker, basic cable, fridge, microwave, etc. Prices weren't too bad for being near downtown/SE and also Vancouver. However, my issue is with the charges I received the night and also day after checking in here. I received a typical hold charge for $20 (no problem) the night I checked in. The next day I received a charge for $87.23. Then this morning a charge for $109.46. Now a hold is no big deal, even if it was just a flat $100 hold, not a problem. But $216.69? That's almost as much as the room. I went down to the front desk and they put in an order to reverse it. They said it wasn't "fully charged" yet, but still went ahead and reversed it? Just didn't feel right to me. This may just be a minor inconvenience to some, but to those who save up a specific amount just for a vacation, and then have $200+ held from them for days because their hotel staff and/or system is lacking, that kinda sucks. Do better, folks.

Rooms are spacious enough for 1-2 people. Nice, large TV and plenty of charging options for your devices. Shower is high enough for a man over 6 ft tall with nice water pressure. Staff was really helpful and pleasant to communicate with.

Out of all the hotels I’ve stayed at, this one has my heart. Very homely feeling. Quiet, comfortable, and the staff is AMAZING!

The beds are very comfy, and the second room was quite nice (the first one smelled of mildew). The toilet rocked. Breakfast: standard, nothing to write home about. The hotel is next to a soccer field and a gas station.

Four stars for location and the great customer service. Decent older building. Sheets and rooms are clean and spacious. This place is surrounded with homeless people, which for the most part isn’t a problem. I did find coffee sprayed across my car along with the coffee cup once. Security is always riding around and visible. For the price and customer service I will continue to book this place.

Nothing negative to say about the cleaning staff, but the front desk and management are very toxic to their own employees and coworkers. People have been fired from there for speaking up about it. We do not recommend staying here, but if you do, make sure your cleaning staff is tipped directly and don't let employee abuse you witness slide without reporting it to corporate or mentioning it in your own review.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staffs, and beautiful lobby & breakfast area. I liked the varieties of breakfast. I wish the card key were not so sensitive. Mine got demagnetized almost every time I left the hotel. I had to go through the front door and got new card instead of entering from the side door. But overall, great hotel. I would stay again.

Reposted due to owner deletion: I will not be silenced. The management team has been marking any and all reviews about what I went through as "false" none of the reviews are false. All my friends know daily what I was going through and how I was being treated. I was shorted $673.32 on my final check, of which I have more than enough evidence of and have filed compensation with boli.
I was verbally abused more than once by Dawn in corporate and infact I have it on recording, same woman who verbally abused me stated me telling her to "have a good day" was condescending. It took everything in me not to laugh in her face.
I was treated like a glorified desk agent and I wasn't even treated like I was part of the team. I was not given a reason behind my termination but was told the team was "fair and more than understanding" that doesnt apply when I recieved no constructive criticism or feedback other than "you're doing a great job and we appreciate you". I can only assume it was because I didn't agree with certain things and tried to positively change the way this hotel was being ran. I was thankful an oppprtunity presented itself and I grabbed it so this ownership didnt screw me over completely. Please dont stay where an owner is willing to steal from an employee. Because my check was being shorted was clear theft. The ownership refuses to make it right.

Will never stay here or work here after hearing from multiple friends including my best friend how this hotel stole wages from them. They worked here as the AGM and was missing functions constantly to come to work and cover shifts at the last minute. Once she was terminated the owner and staff shorted her over $600 and is refusing to make things right, even violating BOLI law. Don't work here, they treat their employees like garbage.

Unfairly fired their AGM with zero warnings or coaching and proceeded to steal over $600 from said employee's wages. Don't stay somewhere that won't even treat their employees right.

I am disabled in a wheelchair and my battery died in their parking lot. I went inside to ask if I could plug in for 15 or 20 minutes. So I could make it to public transit to get home they told me I couldn't be in the building if I don't have a room but I could wait outside by the front door for the manager to come and ask the manager 30 minutes later a armed security guard came and told me that the manager said I could not charge my chair there, that I I was trespassing and the manager didn't want me on the property and the security guard push my chair to the neighboring property left me there

This place grew on us. While the nearby homeless issue was a turnoff, we quickly adjusted our attitude and came to look on the bright side (mind you-we live in LA and are accustomed to seeing people living on the street). Our room was clean and tidy. The gym/ fitness center is adequate, although two machines were inoperable. The breakfast is above average. There is a nearby Wal Mart where you can stock up on food/ supplies. I would describe this as a working class hotel that won't brake the bank.

Hotel looks old. Room was OK. The dining room didn't have enough chairs for all the tables. Breakfast was OK. Windows in the corner shop were broken and had wooden plates covering them. Across the street there was a whole tent camp of homeless people.

The hotel was nice and clean.felt safe. The only problem is with breakfast. Not much option. When you advertise your breakfast as “very good”, same must be delivered.

I get it.the homeless issue is tough to look at.all these ppl complaining about the condition of the neighborhood, I myself and my son thought twice about staying, but once we saw security patrolling nonstop, we felt more comfortable.my issue is with some people judging the Hotel for things beyond their control, maybe instead, these issues should be brought up to your alderman/ governor/ state senator or anyone who has more control over the cities terrible homeless situation.and to be clear, I understand that the situation is dire, but not all of these people enjoy living how they are living, remember, many of our country homeless are our veterans.we should be ashamed as a whole.

Only 1 desk agent and a long line of botched up reservations in front of me meant a 50 minute wait to get checked in and get my key. Hotel is kind of dingy even though it was recently remodeled. The immediately surrounding neighborhood is straight overrun with houseless individuals, and theft of everything from anywhere. The hotel employs security to patrol the parking lot so I feel vehicles are safer now than in the past. On a previous stay the window of my coworkers truck was busted out and nothing was stolen because everything was brought inside, as one would do in this neighborhood.
