Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Bend, OR

Brad, his son Colton and an overnight staff member (I believe his name to be Daniel) showed the utmost care and hospitality to my family and I! We were in town by chance and happened to pick this hotel to stay at. We were blown away by the friendly and accommodating service we received. The rooms we stayed in were fresh, clean and cozy.

This is a great hotel to stay in. The room was clean, good breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Staff isn't the friendliest. General manager be more suited as a parole officer or prison guard. Trash overflowing outside, breakfast was decent, housekeeping very accommodating, breakfast attendant very friendly. Laundry facilities only work occasionally, and your clothes can't dry- the fat girl at night won't help- overpriced, doesn't have functional invoice systems and they still accept checks_ tap function not working. Overcharged me $500 and nepotism is definitely a thing here

I believe the majority of these reviews are not authentic. Considering the most recent review mentioned their cold pool, however just this last week during my stay the normal pool was completely shut off/covered for the season.

My stay at country inn was the worst stay I’ve ever had at a hotel. To preface this, the staff and front deck were absolutely wonderful and kind, but it doesn’t make up for the total lack of quality here. Upon checkin there were a number of men hanging out in the lobby on their phones, they were staring and made me uncomfortable, especially considering they could hear what room I’d be in. We went to the hot tub which was nice and fine, but no outdoor lights were on and there was tons of storage bits and pieces around the area. Then our room was disgusting, it was covered in hair everywhere! Every single pillow and towel was stained or had hairs on it. The furniture was stained and soo gross. Not to mention the carpets of this place literally falling apart.the headboard had grease or other nasty marks on it. And a questionable stain on the mirror.
I requested to be moved to a hopefully cleaner room as I couldn’t be refunded from booking through a 3rd party. They were very kind and moved us to a new room. “222” the room number plate had been removed and written in pen on the wall instead. This room.also had black hair everywhere! I was so defeated that we stripped the pillows and covered them with our shirts to make do. Then at 2am the room phone ran repeatedly. It was extremely Creepy and unnerving. There were very sinister dark vibes overall in this location. Then breakfast was okay besides the hash browns tasting sour. I really question the sanitation processes here for both of our rooms to be so disgusting. If you want to stay in a creepy gross hotel, this is your spot! So disappointed this experience dampened our trip.

This hotel is a rare bargain. The free breakfast was quite good. We enjoyed the outdoor Jacuzzi and the unheated pool was an embracing cold plunge.

I have stayed in a few places here in bend, and this hotel is by far the best! We will be staying here every time we come from now on! The staff was amazing, always very nice, and helpful! The breakfast is great! The room we stayed in was clean and spacious! All in all, a great stay! Thank you, Country Inn & Suites for your hospitality!

First time staying at this place and I'd definitely recommend booking a stay! Rooms are spacious and clean, its quiet and cozy. They serve free breakfast everyday and the staff are very professional. 5 stars!

Drawer next to bed was FULL of trash… bed was covered in black hair. Shower head was moldy.
People next door slammed their door all night & knocked on it repeatedly.
Nothing was plugged in to the walls, lights, fridge, lamps, etc.
I think if they get new cleaners this place wouldn’t be bad.but it’s pretty bad with current cleaning staff.

Do not work here. Angela is head management. She is a micro manager and will scold you on 20 things on your second day if not done to her "liking. " She pants when she shows you how to properly clean a table. She sits on the phone all day while expecting the breakfast attendant to do the Job She says (100 things)

Bad company to work for.

Rooms are spacious/clean, staff is friendly, and price is less than the Sleep Inn down the road. Walking distance to several restaurants and bars as well. The only thing this place needs is a floor covering update.

First time in a Country Inn. Impressive. Great breakfast. Wish I had time for pool and hot tub. Check in was easy and pleasant. Definitely stay here again

This gem was amazing! After a 12-hour drive, I had the best night of sleep in a perfectly soft & comfy bed, super quiet surroundings, crazy clean room, and friendly staff. The free breakfast bar was really great! If I ever go through Bend, OR again, this is the only place I'll stay!

When we got home we found out we had been charged twice for the room. We are trying to get our money back but hard to contact anyone. Whatch your self.

The hotel would not accept my bird that is my legal Emotional Support Animal. Shame on you!
