Exterior grounds are beautifully maintained and tenants have access to use of a recreational room or either social or private events.
A tight-knit community that has formed, for lack of better words, a "neighborhood watch"within the community to promote safety and discourage crime.

It is a nice place to live my mom lives there and she's lived there since I was a little kid and I am 46 years old

Grumpy site manager will yell at you to slow down even when you're going slower than the posted 10mph.
