We stayed in a very basic room on the first floor for 12 days. No view or perks though the shower was wonderful. Bed was fabulous. Maybe too good! We were there because my wife was having surgery nearby but the night before surgery, much to our horror, we found a bedbug crawling to the top of the bed. We have experience with them and we enlarged a pic of it to make sure it was a bedbug. My wife called the front desk and was told she’d be down to investigate but nothing transpired. My wife went down to talk to the clerk who was terribly nasty and flippant saying horrible things without any provocation. She threatened to have us removed from the property. It was shocking to be treat d so disrespectfully and she told us she would not move us to another room which is worldwide protocol. Management looked at the bed and the actual bedbug now in a plastic bag, They claimed it wasn’t a bedbug but it was and I had a pesticide company confirm it. (It was curled up.) We wouldn’t go near the bed and my wife never slept. The hospital, when told about the bedbug, canceled her surgery because an infestation would shut down their operating room for days. The hotel staff NEVER once said anything remotely like an apology but rather denied it. We did inform Corporate. We understand how damaging bedbugs can be but WE were damaged. And, insulted. The hotel is very nice in many respects and staff, outside of one paranoid and inappropriate individual, were terrific. Housekeeping wasn’t detailed enough for my wife but she’s very fussy. She’s a former high-end hotel housekeeper and trained housekeepers. She knows. While no further bedbugs were identified for a myriad of reasons, the hotel’s reaction couldn’t have been worse and postponing surgery has been a huge burden. Either they do this frequently, the bizarre naysaying, or it is completely foreign to them. We chose not to focus on it but it still angers us. We are both disabled and contending with that nightmare was tough. Then the threat of removal from the hotel in the middle of the night. They should have comped us on something. I should mention that the head of housekeeping asked to keep the bedbug. If she was so sure it wasn’t one, why? Nope. I recommend this hotel and would stay there again but no matter where you stay, be vigilant. And, I understand that most hotels are short-staffed and struggling in their own way. But, maybe getting less should be reflected in price.

When we arrived in the middle of the night last night, the front receptionist Ally was so kind and helpful checking us into our room. Bless you Ally for making our stay so welcoming!

No pool/hottub, they are working on replacing descriptions online. The pool had been replaced with a good sized gym room with lots of cardio equipment, free weights and precor pulleys, good quality and clean.

Very pleased with the service for this hotel especially from Roxanne at the front desk.

We were staying at a different hotel nearby and found the room was very dirty and had no running water. I booked a room at the courtyard for the next day and called in the morning and Roxanne was happy to accommodate us with an early check in. We are very thankful to have a clean and comfortable room with running water and a staff that actually cares. We will be using this hotel for all of our future trips.

I hate to be negative. But the toilet in my room over flower multiple times. The internet does not work consistently. When I am able to reach the internet it’s so slow I can’t use it. Thanks fully 5g works well.

Worst of all; people smoke week all day long. Someone was smoking outside my room or near the AC vent or something. For hours it just poured into my room. I’m not a whiney btch l promise. But I had headaches, dry mouth, dizzy, couldn’t sleep. Hotel is in need of renovations as well.

When the internet was brought up to the staff attention nothing was done. I am supposed to get free high-speed internet but did not. But no compensation was offered. Marriott Corp said nothing they can do.

The positives: the checkin lady wasn’t rude and the showers were great. I’m sure the front staff are under tremendous pressure due to internet issue alone

Pleasant host at check-in, and check-out as well. Our room was spacious, clean, quiet and very comfortable bed. Nice bristo with really good food and amazing staff. We will definitely stay here again

Came here for a class in one of their meeting rooms. When I entered the hotel it had a very lucky and welcoming vibe. There were people in the lobby watching TV, others enjoying what seemed to be complimentary snacks and coffee in the meal/ cafeteria area. The employees were more happy to help me find which conference room my class was in. The parking lot is very clean outside of the building is very aesthetically pleasing there were some rooms with balconies which for me is huge I would pay 20$ more a night just to have a room with a balcony. I enjoyed my time here will definitely keep this place in the back of my head in case I need to stay in the area or know anyone else that might need to stay a night.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. It's a bit odd to see popcorn ceiling texture in a newer hotel. First time we stayed here, we wanted to use the fire pit, which they stated repeatedly was closed because it was burning the wall. There's no wall anywhere near the fire pit. Was open and working the second time we stayed a few months later.

Didn't like how dark the room was. Bad bathroom lighting.
The staff was wonderful! Super friendly. Close to the freeway.

It appears to not have a pool. Bar/diner is small. For the price of this hotel it's lacking amenities that surrounding hotels have at a lesser cost. I thought I was upgrading from the monarch. Wish I'd stayed there and saved a $100 per night.

Very clean hotel. Located right by a lot of shopping stores. Pro tip, book a South facing room to avoid traffic noise.

Location was great and staff was nice. Internet TV didn't work and no housekeeping unless I asked for it. Lots of parking.

Worst check in experience ever. I paid for the stay online and prepaid in full. Went to check in and I threw out my back so I can barely move let alone walk. I lost my ID and my his ands was stolen but he had an electronic copy of the front and back. They refused to let us check in. My husband also had 3 other forms of IDs that also had his picture like a work of and we brought his birth certificate and marriage certificate and he had 3 forms of ID that included his picture. They refused to check us in and the 3rd partt wont cancel because its past the cancel policy so I'm out 200 and I have to sleep in my car with a thrown out back. I've checked people before at Mariott, s with some of the documents I brought and the W, Hilton and every other hotel chain so I will never stay there again. They should have at least been nice. This is not how you treat people. I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone ever.
I looked under this hotels policies and it says all that is needed is a credit card and a picture Id no where does it state that only a state I'd it just says photo i.d. And i have 3 of those plus a birth certificate and a marriage certificate and not to mention all my social media accounts that can prove who I am. The stay is already paid for you dont require an Id I to take my money and they wont take a cash deposit. I cant ssomuchpaissomuchpain and the hotel wasnt even nice or helpful OMG Marriott customer service is a bigger joke I was told I work for the hotel not you so I said you wont even call the hotel or even try and help me? He responded no and hung up on me. Mareiott is not as higher quality hotel at all they are snakes that are more then happy to take your money and run they should be mortified ooverthe horrendous service or lack there of.
And couldn't they haveto just have just used my frequent travelers number for the information they 'needed'? My information was enough for them to keepmy creditcard on file i mean really they cant look away my previous stays and see what credit card I used? This is the worst customer service ive ever received in my life. I worked formarriott and I didn't need toone trained on how to hospital thanks Marriott for ruining my week I was already was dealing with more then I can hhandlethey may have jt pushed me over t the edge andfor no reason it was already paid for.so I guess customers are no longer a priority fofoMarrriott dont stay there orthey will just ruined your trip too. I'd give them a zeroou of 5 if I could

Tv doesn’t work. Called front desk for help. She said she would have to look into why and would call back. Waited about 40 minutes with no return call. Called front desk, it rang and rang, and rang……….
I outsmarted her by not using the room phone and called their main number using my cell phone. No one on-site to help with our tv. Guess we’re sh#t out of luck. Customer service is extremely poor.

Our experience at this hotel was fine. The terrible part was that I left my Kindle reading device in the room. I called as soon as we reached our next stop about five hours later. Housekeeping did not turn in my device. Our business uses this location frequently. When I told our Area Vice President what happened, she let me know that she'd had a similar experience a couple weeks prior with a new pair of shoes. I called twice and was met with complete denial and indifference. It was clearly my mistake, but I was hoping for an honest housekeeping crew, or at least a manager who cared enough to let me know they appreciated the feedback and would speak with their employees. That was not the case. They will not have my business moving forward.
