My husband and I have have had a really great experience so far with this rental company. The employees are very kind and happy to help. The rental process was smooth as well.

The blonde that runs that place is a complete dingbat and has 0 concept of property management. Completely disorganized and terrible customer service. They need their old staff back. Big loss for them, I have 22 rentals.

I stopped in to ask a question about renting, and the gentleman at the reception desk was extremely helpful in answering my question. Very willing to help.

The staff at the cpm in grants pass is willing to go above an beyond for there new renters! Melanie went above an beyond to show us a home she just recieved b4 it was even added to ther system! Apprecate this so much! She was willing to do the same with the process through the whole thing they have worked with us to verify all our income an previous rentals. Even thought the pacific screening company when they needed more info she asked what would work so we could provied the proper infromation to get approved! Amazing staff in this office thank you for helping us 1 step at a time!

Negligent management and business practices. Rude and incompetent staff. Disappointing to say the least. Property owners and tenants deserve more.

Working with CPM was top shelf. They are very kind and professional. The staff take the time to listen, give helpful input and direction. I have been blessed to meet and work with the staff and am very impressed. They get a 10/10!

The CPM team has been very responsive and courteous since the new team took over in Grants Pass. I’ve rented from many property management companies and I appreciate the communication from Melanie related to repairs and tenant portal updates

This place is amazing. They do their jobs really well and care. Melanie the manager is very communicative and sweet to talk to.

This place it absolutely terrible. None of them know what is going on at any given time. Terrible communication and terrible account management, they lose your money and blame it on you. Act as if they dont know what you are talking about when you ask them about repairs or literally anything else regarding the property you pay for to occupy. Blame everything they can on the tenant. No respect for tenants whatsoever. Don't forget we pay the owner of the property that pays you, just incase you guys forgot. Trust me and take your money elsewhere, these fools aren't worth the headache.

This place used to have a caring staff, now it's just another run of the mill property management company. Super disappointed in referring them to anyone now in 2023.

Unbelievable! 1421 Florence Lane is on their website again, but it's mold infested! I have documentation and test results for mold in that place! David and his staff are negligent. Their maintenance guy Aaron couldn't even smell a dead rat in my rental; I ended up finding the problem myself! UPDATE: I received my deposit back.

Wonderful experience. Expedient and courteous. Excellent contact and communication. The staff are very friendly and they went above and beyond in helping advise me on how to attain housing.
