Cracker Barrel Old Country Store reviews
12Our first time there, the food was great and our waitress was absolutely amazing. Great customer service and decent prices, love that!
Cracker Barrel food never disappoints. Sadly, it took over 10 minutes to place our drink order (we placed our lunch order at the same time). It took another 12 minutes for our drinks to arrive. The food didn't arrive for another 23 minutes. The restaurant wasn't very busy - I'm guessing that they're just short staffed, like every place else.
I have had just ok experiences here in the past. Today that changed for everyone at the table.
Lisa was great, she got pretty busy just before closing but everyone banded together to make sure we were taken care of.
The food.the food was fantastic. The biscuits were 1,000 times better than any I've had there before. They used to be flat and hard, totally opposite today. My steak was awesome, the potatoes were just as good.
My previous review was 3 stars and had stayed that way for 3 years. Today was a well deserved 5 stars. I hope it stays this way.
Just like mom used to make.no joke. Had one of the best breakfasts we've had in a long, long time. My wife and I really enjoyed the atmosphere, the wait staff, but mostly the food. Big fire going in the fireplace. Price was fair too. Grandpa's Breakfast with the loaded hashbrowns would be our recommendation.
Highly recommend this place.
Ok not our first rodeo at Cracker Barrel, here or at others.
Food was pretty good.
Service was ok.
They were really really slow. 90 minutes plus for breakfast.
They were understaffed and pretty busy.
They did a pretty good job considering.
Amazing, fresh, hot food! Terrific service. Not crowded. I would highly recommend this place. Beautiful gift store inside that reminds you of the western days.
We had an outstanding waitress, I think her name was Katherine. She was super efficient and friendly.
Loved this place. They ran short on the delicious biscuit/muffins, so we got a lovely compensation for our trouble, and honestly, it was no trouble at all.
We had never ate here before. Our waitress was so nice and informative. The food was amazing.the atmosphere was very homey.
The store they have attached to the restaurant has all kinds of old memorabilia from your childhood that they sell. Very cool place.
This is the worst breakfast I have had in years. Biscuits were cold and the gravy watered down with no flavor. It was 9am on a Saturday and no one was here should of been a sign to go else where.
I'm from Texas. This place really needs some folks from the south to show them how to cook. A real disappointment the 3 times I did go. The $20 Thanksgiving plate looked like something you would get as a homeless donated meal.
I tried the meatloaf, I used to believe that there was no bad meatloaf but I guess I was wrong. For sides I had barely warm mashed potato and corn, the corn tasted good at least. The server seemed overwhelmed with the four tables that she had but at least she was pleasant. The absolute best part of my whole experience was the warmth from the fire.
