Crash Champions Collision Repair reviews
15Like their name. The Wilsonville crew did an epic job of keeping me in the loop and returning my wounded car to like-new condition. The exterior and interior were so clean, when I picked up my vehicle I did a double take if I was in the car. It's nice when a bodywork company does great work every step of the way.
I was rear ended in the middle of December 2022. At first they said the parts were on back order. Fine, no one has control over that. The months went by with no updates. I called in mid March and was told parts were starting to come in, should have the van back by the end of May. Called then, timeline got pushed to mid June, then July (at this time I was told it’s going to paint repeatedly without that actually happening), then two weeks ago Keith gave me the date of 8/4. When I called yesterday they said end of day 8/4 pending calibration. Well I called again today and they said nope, next week sometime. I’m not going to hold my breath.
I have no idea on the quality of their work but if it’s anything like their communication I’m going to be in serious trouble. If you need your car back in a reasonable timeframe, I would go elsewhere.
The employees went out of their way to help me and made sure I was filled in every step of the way. Even with a mix up through progressive they took it upon themselves to solve it and get me back in my car as soon as possible would recommend!
We tried for months to get car repaired at other body shops but they didn't help. Crash champions did all the work of contacting our insurance and did all the work that other body shops refused to do. I was more satisfied by how clean the interior was returned to us. Overall I will highly recommend this business.
Even under the new ownership, this is still the only place I would take my vehicles for repairs!
Wonderful service, when I picked up my car from the shop, it looked like I’d taken it in to a detail shop!
I left a former body shop who had worked on my vehicles multiple times. They were not able to help me with my timeline. I have a number of vehicles with my business, and this was my personal vehicle, also a member of the fleet.
Crash Champions went out of their way to help me. They were timely, and more than anything, Dan, their estimator, was accurate, professional, and provided regular updates. He kept the ball rolling. They returned my vehicle cleaner than I left it. The office reception was great, also. I did not meet the technicians, but judging the work, they are great also. A 5-star experience!
Super kind and efficient! Was grazed on front fender and brought it in see if it needed bodywork or strong buffing. Dan took it back. Buffed for five minutes and almost all evidence was gone. No charge!
Highly recommend and will bring my business back
Worst auto body shop in Wilsonville. I took my vehicle to the shop and when I received it back it was in worse condition then when I dropped it off. Tools left in the engine bay, along with bolts not being tighten and just left in the engine bay. The techs do not follow through when fixing and replacing parts. Also they try to use aftermarket parts instead of oem to save them some money.
Reused to replace a bumper on my car because it is older than 2010. I drive a popular model 2008.
The customer service and communications were outstanding. The replacement and reassembly of my front bumper and grille were done to perfection, and I really appreciated the clean up and detailing of my interior. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the paint color for the new front bumper is not a perfect match to the body. While this might be due in part to the fact that the bumper is plastic and the body is metal, the service representative also told me that the paint color match was done by "robot. " The body paint color from the manufacturer is a proprietary and extra cost upgrade from Mazda's standard paint colors. I suggest that other customers who have unusual or upgraded body colors consult with Crash Champions (or any other body shop) about any potential issues with matching their paint color before having the work done to avoid potential disappointment with the final product.
Awesome experience with them. Dan Lao did a great job with the repair and tome estimates. Very professional and customer service oriented
Great shop, always in contact with me with updates. Highly recommend this place to anyone.
Outstanding work! Our car looks new, the communication was excellent and they completed it very quickly! Great company!
It's never fun to drop of your car because of an accident. But I needed to. Crash Champions did an excellent job! Dan Lao did the work on the car and he is meticulous and explained everything. Kerry, the woman at the front desk is very efficient. Both are very kind too!
