Crater Lake ZipLine, Klamath Falls OR

Great place but further from the Crater lake area than the name implies. Lax and fun atmosphere.

Hands down, this is the BEST zip line experience in the Pacific NW! All of the staff are so personable! Our guides, Avery and Ethan, were so patient with us and extremely thorough too! We are so grateful for our memorable experience and highly recommend Crater Lake ZipLine for everyone! They have the longest zip line in the Pacific NW and the views are breathtaking! I can’t wait for our next visit! Thank you for creating such a remarkable adventure!

I booked a reservation same day, within an hour realized that I wouldn't be able to make. Called to cancel, would not refund, reschedule or give any type of credit. Cancelled my reservation, but kept 100% of the money.

Went zip lining Super fun. Had a really good time and all-around Great experience. The guides Rick and Scott were super professional, friendly and funny. Just great guys. Recommend the experience.

It was a great experience for my first time on the zipline! And thanks the our instructors- they made our time relaxer and funnier, even when we were scared of height!

If you have never been ziplining this is the place to try it out, guides are great and very personable, the scenery is great and the staff is awesome. If you think the video option is too much just do one for the group you won't be mad. I would highly recommend if you have any thought on doing it go for it here. The guides may seem a little playful and joking but when it comes down to safety they put that at the forefront.

What an adventure! It was the first time for my wife and me. Not going to lie, we were scared to death! Ricky and Issac made it seamless and so much fun. Loved every bit of it.thanks for the great experience!

Me and my husband went for our 10 year wedding anniversary. Hubby has really bad vertigo but wanted to try at least once in his life. It was thrilling and terrifying, but in a good way. Ethan and Avery were our guides and they were funny and had good ways of putting our fears at ease. There was also one point where my husband was freaking out (at the last repell down) and Avery took on a serious note and helped him through his ordeal, those 2 are amazing at what they do. I'd highly recommend going if you have the chance.

This was my first time to Zipline, we are so glad that we came to Carter lake zipLine, Kevin and Scott made it so special for us. They are so well trained and tons of patience in dealing a first timer like me and my husband. We strongly recommend this place for zipLine.it is so well planned and of the 9 lines they have, 1450 ft is the best. The whole course keeps up your adrenaline rush and these two guys make it even exciting. Thanks to Crater lake zipLine team again and Kevin and Scott special shout out to you guys.

Had an outrageously stupendous time Zip-lining! We had the best guides, Ethan and Issac! They were funny, supportive as well as understanding and patient when people had fears. We saw some amazing views. Definitely worth going again!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience here, it was for her 50th birthday and what a ride it was. We'll definitely be back next year to do it again. Scott and Ethan were just fabulous and a bunch of fun. What a great time.

Not trustworthy! They told me to leave my sick daughter alone at home!

I booked on a Wednesday for three people; me, my 15 YO daughter and her friend. I booked inside the cancellation period. It included $100 for go-pro video and pics

The next morning my daughter was throwing up. I notified the company that I couldn’t make it. Their response (paraphrasing) was “since you’re in the non refundable window I should bring the other person and leave my daughter because they wouldn’t refund my payment, including the $100 go pro video fee. ”

I told them I was two hours away and the only adult with my child and her friend so I couldn’t leave her.

The zip line company did not respond.

There was no way for me to give advanced cancellation. I can’t help it if my daughter was vomiting. To think that they asked me to leave her home alone and come with just me and her friend was ridiculous and insulting. Not offering to at least refund the video fee was terrible and not responding to my follow-up email was flat offensive.

They wanted me to leave my sick daughter home alone for 6-7 hours (including travel time) ? !

My daughter is a zip line fanatic, having done Haleakala, Skamania, near Astoria, Mt Bachelor and others.

I’ve never had money stolen from a company before.

We had the best time at crater lake zipline, our guides were Ethan and Avery and they were great at making us feel comfortable but also keeping things light and fun! My 8 year old stayed on the kids course with Brooklyn (not sure about spelling) while we went up in the trees and he had a blast too! Will visit again!

We did the Skyak tour on July 24th, 2023. Kate was a great guide for our kayaking. Nathan and Ethan were our guides for ziplining and we had an absolute blast! They made it so much fun! I will say that our only disappointment was lunch. We were offered either turkey or veggie wraps. Being from rural PA, our idea of a wrap is WAY different than what was provided. With everyone's taste being different, I would encourage you to ask what is on the wrap before ordering it. Cream cheese and fruit do not belong on a wrap with veggies and dressing. Otherwise, we enjoyed our day!
