Creative Nails, Medford OR

Visiting for the holidays from Florida. Had my nails done prior, removed them due to not having luck on finding a place to get a fill here. Made one last call with creative nails. They gave me an appointment the next day, listen to what I wanted and asked them to be cautious with my one of my nails due to it being sensitive. Nice staff. Next time I’m here I will definitely go back to them.

I had a mild experience here, there are some ups and downs about this place. First of all they do a great job cleaning you feet and they have a good massage but they cut my nails down way to short to the part where it hurt so much. They didn’t do the polish right it looked bad they made my nails way to short and I didn’t like tha. Overall a ok experience but won’t recommend if you don’t like short toe nails.

I went in for a last minute fill because my other girl was booked out. She rushed through my nails and I chose not to say anything. If I were to say what I was unhappy with, she would have needed to redo all of my nails. They made some comments that made me uncomfortable. It was just me, one other lady and the two nail techs. So, everything they were saying we could hear. Her and the other nail tech were talking about how they both wanted to leave, and the only reason they were still there is because “they wanted the money from us”.) :

This was my first visit. Tiffany did my gel fill. They are beautiful! She was very sweet. I will be a regular client!

Bought a gift certificate for my wife. She said that they were a Fast friendly service. She is very happy with the results.

Tiffany is fabulous! Her workmanship is superb and Hannah is amazing. She does a wonderful job on my toes! Thanks ladies for pampering me. I always look forward to my monthly visits!

While traveling, I needed to get my nails done & they got me in the next day. It's a simple, no-nonsense shop with a couple of nail technicians at reasonable prices.
