I have been using the services of this office for 6 years. They always help me with my problems. Very nice young people work here. I recommend cricket.

KEEP GOING! I was sold a charger that didn't work. When I went back to return it Rudy said "No, look at the condition. We cannot resell it"! I took it out, plugged it in one time (it didn't work) unplugged it and put it back in the box. I was probably a USED one when I purchased it! This store is off my list. I will never shop here again.

Ignored me as I came in. Continued to ignore me I left and drive to Newberg cricket where they were much more accommodating!

Pros: Nice staff. Good plan pricing for the cost, compared to Verizon and AT&T. Complimentary screen protectors.

Cons: poor business practices. An existing cricket customer should be treated with the same financial respect as a new customer. I shouldn’t have to pay 300 dollars plus a 25 dollar fee, as a LOYAL Cricket customer- when new people can purchase the same phone for 200. Makes zero sense. Backwards.

Dear cricket here’s what you can do: stop charging existing customers so much for upgrades. A 75 dollar discount doesn’t warrant customer retention. The new service prices are outrageous- we existing customers should be getting the new service discount amounts, and the new people should be getting the upgrade discount value. It’s backwards guys.

At&t service at half the cost! We pay for 5 lines for $125 and have unlimited data, talk and text. We use our service in McMinnville and surrounding areas (Amity, Willamina & Lincoln City). The service matches up with the rest of my family's Verizon and At&t coverage. The only thing I'm lamenting is not having switched sooner!

Every one who works there is always so helpful. And cricket has a large selection of items. The only 2 negatives is that there is always 1 cashier working at a time so there is always a long line and they have a very, very heavy door and since i walk using a walker it makes it difficult for me.

I called for the past month and still no answer, been at this store waiting for them 10mins before they opened up and there opening time is 10am and I waited till 10: 30am so I left, and so did others. I had to drive always to Salem to actually get help by cricket employee. I Was not happy for sure

The employees in the McMinnville Cricket store are helpful and informative. I have used this location for almost 5 years and have never had a problem with them.

Great customer service, as Eddy (the owner) is very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Strangely enough there is no Wi-Fi there and the bars are always low so reception is limited. Still, I recommend Cricket to all my friends and family, while my enemies can all go to Verizon.

Love this company! Prices are affordable and the staff is friendly. I always get service with a smile. I have used cricket for years and never had a problem. I give it 4 stars because sometimes there is a long line and only one sales rep working.
