Great dentist! They get you in and out quickly and don't do unnecessary work. My family has been patients for 10 years.

DR. Bratland is a Wonderful Dentist. He is a caring, kind, and friendly Dentist. Miss this DR. Bratland's professionalism and excellent customer service, and comfortable work he did on my teeth.
You rarely get a Dentist like Dr. Bratland anymore. I have 1 other dentist that rates the same down here in Douglas.

An amazing experience, staff were friendly and inviting, making me feel right at home. I suffer from severe anxiety disorder, making it very difficult to do anything, especially a dentist visit. Of the few offices I've been to Crisdental I have felt the most comfortable. In out and done. The work gets done and and done right the first time.

I love this dental office! Staff is always friendly and efficient. Dr. Bratland is awesome. If you are looking for a dentist in a white coat suit or tie this is probably not the dentist for you. Dr. Bratland is casual may even wear jeans and talk about family which is probably what I love about him. I highly recommend this office!

If you are looking for a new dentist or have MAJOR anxiety of the "thought" of going, I highly recommend Dr Bratland and his crew. He is AMAZING! His staff is like no other. They are all extremely kind and they truly care. They were consistently making sure I was ok and comfortable. Today was my 3rd visit. Which is huge for me. I don't tend to go back a 2nd time! I could go on and on. I will never go anywhere else.

This place is horrible. It takes months to get an appointment if you can even get to talk to someone. Ive been hung up on numerous times and they’re never open. Id rather pay out of pocket than let my insurance send me there again.

I've always had anxiety during my dental appointments, however I was made to feel very comfortable during my visit to crisdental. The staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful in helping me understand exactly what I needed which helped to calm my nerves. My wait time was very short compared to my visits to my old office and the relaxed atmosphere helped my anxiety immensely.

I had a bridge that needed replacing across my front teeth. Dr. Bratland and his staff did a superb job, delivering a PERFECT new bridge for much less than I was quoted by other dentists.

My brother, Dr. Michael Bratland, is the owner of all Crisdental locations and is the main dentist at this location. This clinic has a great location, next to Oakway Mall and Trader Joes. The best part of this clinic is the preventative dentistry options that are available, especially for children. The clinic uses numerous tools that can stop cavities and create a protective barrier around teeth. In some cases, it can alleviate the need for patients to be put under anesthesia. My three children have all been to this location and have received the preventative treatments.so far so good. No new cavities!

I'm a chicken and I have never had a crown until this morning. This office went above and beyond as far as getting everything just right with the temporary crown and now that the numbness has worn off.nothing hurts! Dr. Bratland put me at ease, taking lots of time telling me the diff between a crown, a bridge and implants and I decided to go with the crown for now. Laura, Cierra and Callie are a great team and each of them have been gentle and aware of special requests. If anything does go wrong they will fix it with no extra charge. I walked out of there feeling relieved and well taken-care of. I've been going here for several years and I have already recommended this office to many of my friends. If I could give a 10 star review I certainly would!

As a dental professional myself I am particular about my dental care, and I could not have felt more welcomed at Crisdental. The staff in the front and back office are fantastic at creating a warm environment that put me at ease. During my exam and treatment, I was treated with care - with the hygienist and assistant frequently checking in to make sure I was doing okay.
The dentist Dr Bratland is friendly and professional. I appreciate his attention to detail and trust his eye with cosmetic procedures. Additionally, it is the only general dentist office where I have been offered silver diamine fluoride as a treatment option on my “incipient” cavities/high risk areas. I really appreciate the minimally invasive option when it is possible. It says a lot (of good things) about this dentist’s treatment philosophy.

I am the Dental Hygienist at Crisdental Eugene. I have been an RDH for nine years and have worked in a variety of practices. But I have never met a doctor who cares as much for his patients as Dr Bratland. He spends quality time explaining procedures and options with patients. He’s conservative, yet thorough, in his treatment planning. Patients love his approachable, good nature and we, as a team, work hard to make sure our patients are comfortable and happy.
