Decent men's selection but the sizing! Oh boy.a disorganized mess. Things in the wrong sections, things tagged as a different size than they are.everyone was very nice but the men's section needs major TLC <3

Slow took forever. I left before they helped me which they did'nt si a complete waste of time. And shoved my clothes in a space that was so small that they got all wadded up in a ball.

I came in with two bags of barely worn Zara, Banana Republic, Mango, etc.and was told that those styles weren’t selling well. They didn’t buy a single thing. The next day, I went to the Hawthorne location with the same two bags and they bought six of my items and complimented my style. I like Crossroads but will not be selling at this location.

I went in to sell some stuff and the “manager” was going through my belongings telling me about how they don’t take this or that, I was fine that maybe my more dressy style isn’t your style but I also suspected she was lying. When she pulled out some heels I wanted to sell she told me that they don’t buy heels because they don’t sell but when I looked around on the shelves I saw tons of heels so what is it? Then when I went to get monies for the few things they did buy I saw the staff treat a younger girl and her mother in a not too friendly way. Overall it was just a very unpleasant experience and I more than likely won’t be back.

Nice selection for a used store. They have both men and women's clothing. More women's, of course.

The employees were under-trained&extremely judgmental. It was the worst experience I've had at a clothing retail/exchange establishment.

Don’t let the manger deter you from finding that amazing deal on clothing that might otherwise Might be unable to afford. Other then the manager, the staff are especially nice, almost as if their aware of the manager s less then stellar customer service skills and want to make up for it. If there’s one thing their upper management can take from Donald Trump, it’s using his former catch phrase on this “manager”. YOUR FIRED!

Great selection of second hand apparel at reasonable prices. Well organized sections offer stylish choices for men and women. Clean environment with multiple fitting rooms. The shoe selection surprised me and I purchased a pair of dark grey extra tall pf flyers with 12 rows of laces holes. Lots of compliments! Only $10! Thanks Crossroads!

I didn't make a purchase but they had reasonable prices but If you are larger than an XL in men's good luck finding anything.

You never know what you are going to find. Always good to take a peak. Good selection of men's and women's clothing, bags, accessories and shoes.
