2 Just like the Tigard non existent location.
Not "by appointment only"! This location isn't even open. The building looks abandoned! Several of their locations aren't actually open or even there. False advertising. If I used them there's no telling where my loved one would end up.
This is a truly terrible company. Used them for several deaths in our family back in the early 2000s, which was fine. My mom prepaid for her cremation and such then. She passed over five weeks ago at Kaiser (Feb 2023) and is still is in a Crown fridge somewhere, and we have no death certificates or any other paperwork we desperately need in hand. They also have not sent us a single piece of paperwork to sign. All attempts at communication have been ignored or responded to days later with zero follow up when we respond.
Please, please do not do business with this company. We will be reporting them to whatever boards we can.
Update: Six weeks came and gone. They finally texted but nothing has gone forward or changed. We still haven’t seen a single doc to sign, my mom still sits in their freezer somewhere, and we have no paperwork to sign, and no death certificates we desperately need to close my moms estate.
So if you want your loved one in a fridge for six plus weeks after their death, while you get ignored and jerked around, and receive none of the death certificates you need and paid for, then this is the company for you!
