Crumbl Cookies - Salem

My absolute favorite place right now! I am an avid baker and I get burnt out on sweets, yet I have literally order a 4 pack almost every single day to fill my cookie jar.they are huge and each one is a good 2 servings! The curbside delivery is so fast and they have my order out to me almost as soon as I push the checkout button, and DoorDash had my cookies at my door quicker than anticipated! My only issue is waiting for my beloved circus cookie to show up in the rotation (please make them a permanent like the chocolate chip and chilled sugar (my runner up to the circus cookie!) They also keep well and taste fresh for days after purchase. I always have a few chilled sugar cookies in my drawer in the fridge! #MakeTheCircusCookieEveryday!

The cookies here are pretty amazing but I don’t think they’re worth $4 a cookie. The customer service is a bit lacking. I recently ordered a six pack on their website for $17 and when I got to their location I noticed that everyone was getting their deliveries through the driver’s window but for some weird reason when they got to my car they knocked on my passenger side window and I had to reach all they way across my car to get my order and it was pretty inconvenient. When I got home I noticed that the cookie I ordered was completely missing all the toppings. I called the store to tell them what happened and they told me to come inside their place and tell them what happened at the store and then someone will get me a new cookie. I really didn’t want to go inside because of COVID and whatnot and they wouldn’t give me an option to do a curbside pickup again. So I had to drive all the way back there to get my corrected order and I felt that I should have gotten a little bit of compensation for having to go out of my way to waste not only my time but my gas. I wasn’t offered any kind of discount and it looks like even if I asked for one I wouldn’t get one because the employees there don’t have any way to control orders and they are pretty much just robots fulfilling ordered they get from the iPads in the store or from orders they got online.

So my advice is if you decide to come here, make sure that your order is correct before you leave. Unfortunately I didn’t have the option to check my order at the time I received it because this was a gift and they sealed my box with tape and I wasn’t going to break to tape to look at the order.

So yummy! They serve them hot or chill depending on the flavor. Each week a new cookie is introduced. They are huge, shareable and melt in your mouth! Better than grandmas!

I waited 70 minutes for a curbside pick up - they came out and told me I could wait another 30 minutes. Or cancel my order. Oh, and this was my first trip here. Won't be making that mistake again. Terribly run business.

Coooooooooooooookies! They are absolutely fantastic! 4 different cookies every week and two solid standbys all the time. We started out thinking meh too expensive and are now into the party boxes cause we love em that much! Thank you crumbl for being fantastically wonderful in a making me a kid again way!

I ordered a pumpkin chocolate chip, two pink velvet‘s, and two salt and toffee cookies. They were pretty good in size and quality. Clean location around the order line and the kitchen. Well-staffed and friendly staff. I like the way you can order on the tablets attached to the wall. At four dollars a cookie though, it’s just hard to justify going there regularly.

The cookies are always amazing! They are fun to share with friends and family. Leigh, a Crumble baker, consistently provides stellar customer service.

Really good service. Quickly done. I think the cookies were great, but very sweet. They also have ice cream, but I hadn't tried any of them. Only a few choices for cookies, but nonetheless still good.

Waited over an hour for my food.

Update: Sent an email and never got a response. Tried them again and the cookies were too big for the box so they just smushed the box right into them. Wish I could uplaod a picture, they ruined my filled cookie.

I tried them for the first time. The snickerdoodle cookies were the bomb! Loved the sugar cookie. What a treat! I plan on going back again real soon!

I don't like that none of the staff greets you when you go into the store. Or ask if your there to pickup an order.

These cookies are the BEST! I began telling other people about them, even shipping them to family members, and I have them hooked now too!

Very disappointed in my Crumbl box this week! The Strawberry Poptart cookie had little to no filling, very little icing on top and the Buckeye Brownie cookie wasSo mushy it looked and tasted raw on the inside.

Sometimes I like their cookies, sometimes I don't. They are always a hit or miss with me. The biggest issue that I have is the wait time. I waited over half an hour, for just two cookies. Other than that the customer service was good, the store was clean, and all employees seemed to be adhering to the Covid guidelines. I like how they set up the screens for ordering, it makes things a lot more efficient, but the wait times are still an issue.

Good but spendy. I would like to add that the cookies are worth every penny. I gave three star because the last time I went before review I ordered 4 cookies and the toppings on the oreo and carrot cake got switched so 2 of the cookies where not what I ordered or what is even on the menu. So for the price I would expect not to have to drive back to get what I ordered like a fast food drive thru. They do ask you if the cookies look good to you and boy do they however Its so quick and to check flavors on every cookie before you go is just unreasonable. Try for yourself and i bet you love them.

Cookies are so delicious! A little concerned about the social distancing tho. Did curbside pick up and counted 10 customers in the little store. Yikes!
