The cookies are good, however I was really disappointed in the customer service of this location. I ordered a box of 4 cookies and requested that the buckeye cookie not have peanut butter put on it. The cashier said that would be fine and rung up my purchase. After paying, someone told her they had already put peanut butter on the cookie, so she told me I could just take a knife and scrape it off. Not ideal, but I didn't want to cause problems especially since a crowd of people was growing in line behind me. I said it would be fine and waited for my box. A couple minutes later they came and told me that they were out of churro cookies (the only other flavor I ordered) and asked what I wanted to replace it with. There were no offers to refund my money or to even try and make things right. I was unable to wait the 20 minutes for a new batch to be made as we were traveling through town and this was just a highly anticipated pit-stop during our trip. The cookies are good, but expect the possibility of busy workers that don't offer much in the way of customer service.

Great cookies! Cook time is perfect! Looking forward to trying new flavors each week! Nice to have another sweet treat option in Eugene. I thought staff did a fantastic job handling the opening crowds!

Absolutely disgusting.rude basic people.company is most likely owned by mormons, go figure.the cookies made me feel sick.disgusting and partially raw.seems like they use sugar cookie batter for a simple chocolate chip cookie.

The place is super clean and the cookies look amazing, however they totally forgot about the gluten free, dairy free community.
Was super excited to go to, just to find out that their is absolutely nothing on the menu that is gluten free/dairy free. You would think they would add this to their menu considering this is Eugene and gluten free is very common in our community. I really hope they add gluten free/dairy free cookies in their menu in the future.

They are a novel idea but I didn't think they were anything special. They tasted like they came from a boxed mix.

The cookies were so good, taste like homemade. My favorite was the sugar cookie. We will be going back!

Tasted Crumbl for the first time in Utah. Loved the size, flavor, and that they change the kinds of cookies weekly. The staff are SO busy but took time to be extra friendly and sweet! Love the new place and it will be a HUGE hit! Best cookies in town!

Wow what good cookies! So soft and delicious. I wish the smaller cookies were available other than for catering, maybe one day. I love that they are warm and fresh, and that they show you the order to make sure they look good before you get them. Friendly staff and clean environment, will definitely go back for more!

I am super impressed with Crumbl Cookies. It was the first time I had gone and with two kids in the car placed an order online from the parking lot. It said it would be 15 mins. I tapped that I was there and figured I would be waiting a while, which was expected. But within 2 minutes a very friendly associate brought out our box of cookies. These are huge cookies and I got 6 for $17 as their Father’s Day deal. (Whole Foods has cookies half this size for $2 each so this was really worth it at $2.83 each). This allowed us to get one of each type so we could try them all which was fun. Totally worth it for the size of cookies. They were chewy inside with that little light crunch on the outside. Perfect. I’m still drooling and look forward to trying again with the next flavors.

Best chocolate chip and smores cookie I have ever had. I also ordered their sugar and almond joy cookie, which were also delicious. They are big cookies for their price. I bought the 4 cookie variety box off of Doordarsh. Believe it's a fair price for how good the cookies were. Great with milk and in my opinion warm. (Included photos, sorry for poor picture quality it was off of snapchat)

The BEST cookies in all of Eugene BY FAR. I’ve never tasted anything like them! The lava cake cookie was my favorite, and the sugar cookie is a close second. Love the almond flavored frosting on the sugar cookies. They get new flavors every week, they also have ice cream flavors to go with each cookie. Better than homemade. Will be going back every week to try the new flavors. Welcome to Eugene crumbl!
