I have spent a couple hundred or more a month here for the last six months. I generally am pleased with the selection, customer service and pricing. However just one frustrating experience … I put a jacket on hold and was coming the next day to pick it up. I couldn’t pay that day (came in to do an exchange) because my spouse had my debit card.

I was told when I came in the very next day to purchase my held items - that it was sold online. No one told me that could happen when placing on hold. I feel like that is something that should be communicated! Otherwise what is even the point of me placing an item on hold? Kind has made me rethink if I want to keep shopping here.

I will mention there was an incident where the owner went above and beyond to fix an issue of an order. There were two items missing and they ended up being incorrectly marked as in stock online. She was awesome!

It’s unfortunate they only carry clothes up to a M/L we are living in 2021 where all bodies are beautiful and equal but this store is stuck in the past not catering to a wide variety of women. They are just like social media carrying the stigma women should be a certain size. Here I thought everyone in PNW was progressive.

This shop is tucked away off Mcminnville's third street and for its small size, has a lot to offer. So many great tops, jeans, and accessories-I always discover my new favorite thing here.

Staff was friendly and helpful without being too intrusive. Decent selection of quality clothes with reasonable prices. Super cute extras like jewelry and sunglasses, great purses!

Great store to get super cute clothes at. The employees are really nice and helpful. I love shopping here for clothes for when I’m going on vacation or have a special occasion coming up.

Again.horrible service.zero customer service. I would take a look at this.seems to be a pattern. Won't come back.

Terrible customer service! Not greeted once! Never felt welcome.
