Currin Bridge reviews
6Love this area of Cottage Grove! If you love old things and/or are a movie buff, you need to come and check this area out. Enjoy a covered bridge tour, as well as some "Stand By Me" blasts from the past. Don't forget to stop off and take in the wonderful small businesses here; great gifts, clothes, trinkets, drinks, and food to be had while you're in town. Let the kids play at the gorgeous city parks, walk the paths, and maybe pick up some ice cream at the "old" DariQueen. Cottage Grove is a quaint little blast from the past, and the locals are proud of it! Come say 'Hi' while you're in town. I'd love to show you some houses (Local Realtor) while you're in our area.
Nice on a drizzly day! One can park nearby, and also drive one mile to the next bridge.
Great food and service would go to if lived here but travels made this a surprise great stop.
I love that Lane County has the most covered bridges west of the Mississippi! They're so beautiful and bring up memories of a softer, kinder world. (note: there were people there, so I took an off center pic)
Did you know? I didn’t! Another happy find while driving around Oregon.
Parking available.
Bridge doesn’t go all the way through.
A nice piece of history still extant in this, the Great State of Oregon. I think it is great making this a part of the Rail-to-Trail system here in Cottage Grove. Quiet country setting. Peaceful, relaxinatin', sustainable. Always coming back here.
