CVS Pharmacy, Hillsboro OR

Twice now I've had problems with this pharmacy and dropping off a script for my husband that is a controlled substance. The pharmacist is young and super annoying. Wanting my i.d. Just to drop off the script when I had told her my husband is picking it up. I can understand wanting i.d. For the pick up but to just drop it off is ridiculous.

I've been very satisfied with the service at CVS. The people are professional and care about others needs.

You guys are the most efficient and professional pharmacy I've ever used. Thank you for doing it excellently.

Yes this is a review about a pharmacy, how good could it get?
Well it gets at least beyond great. The team at this location are all rockstars and are super friendly, professional, and just caring individuals. I think I may have had the privilege of meeting every single rotation and none of them disappoint. The pharmacists are super proactive on their approaches and they all seem to genuinely want to help you. I don’t even think I received this level of service at some fine dining (tragic, eh?) experiences I had. Anyways, really just want to shoutout this team for being amazing humans

Changing the payment amount in the middle of the month is ridiculous, and nobody could give me a straight answer as to why. They were quite rude about it too

The pharmacist Calli is amazing. She is always polite and makes sure I fully understand my medications before leaving. Got my booster shot with her and I didn’t even feel it! Can’t recommend her enough.

The person on the phone was extremely rude. Asked a if they carried a product and she hung up on me.

This pharmacy can be terrible. I do feel bad because I know they've been short staffed but they've refused to fill one of my prescriptions because it contradicted with another even though my doctor wrote on there that she understood this and to fill them anyway so I have to go to 2 pharmacies to get mine done. It's like they know better? Whenever you go in there there's a really long line and there's always communication issues with my docs & I know it's not always them.

Usually great experience but there is no walk in appt for the Covid19 vaccine as advertised so am not happy.
