This is my favorite Target store. And, I held back for a long time because I loved my Mom and Pop pharmacy, but then, after quite a number of 'smooth running' years, my previous pharmacy was bought by a company that is not doing good things in several areas. It's been 4 months since my move over, and with the complicated list of medications I have to take, I was worried, but they have been great! I'm saving HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS PER MONTH IN CO-PAYS. I can't believe it. Teresa is one of the pharmacy techs I work with a lot and she has done everything she can to make sure I get everything I need. This Target is also very clean and that is one of the reasons it is my favorite Target. I do not shop at ANY other big bog stores, except FRED MEYER and actually, those stores are shopped at for price only.

The cashier that works on Saturdays around 4 pm is someone with not good heart. More willing to say no, to any question or need you have.

Totally done with CVS I'm going to try any other option. "Wrong CVS" & making me drive across town to get a common prescription.

I scheduled covid boosters & flu shots online for me and my husband (who has cancer btw) which took about 10-15 minutes just to get everything filled out including our insurance info. Then we get to our appointment and they ask to see our insurance cards because our insurance info isn't "showing up in their system. " So then we stand there for ten minutes while the pharmacist types stuff on the computer. Apparently they couldn't verify our insurance even though I already have had booster shots at this location and provided my insurance info. Then they asked if "CVS was on my insurances preferred provider list. " Um what? Then they told us to call our insurance. Again what? Fine I said forget the insurance I'll pay out of pocket. When I asked how much the flu shots would cost they said "like $50 or something. " Um no. I'm not paying "like $50" for something that should be free. Flu shots are covered by EVERY insurance that exists so this is a load of B. S. There's really no excuse for this level of incompetence for something as simple as a flu shot. Also acknowledge your computer system is buggy please and dont act like its my fault. I won't ever come to this location again and probably will think twice about using CVS for my pharmacy needs again.

Prescriptions aren’t ready on time and the phone is left unattended as I’ve tried to call multiple times in different occasions and receive no response when needing to talk to a staff member.

The Pharmacist was rude and obnoxious to my wife. If he is going to treat customers this poorly CVS should replace him and he should find another field to work in, something removed from the public

Prescriptions aren’t ready on time. Staff makes no effort to coordinate with doctors offices for refills and are incredibly rude and condescending. I’ve never had an issue before, but after the last few months I’m seriously considering switching pharmacies. I swear I’m not being a Karen right now, I’ve just never been talked down to so severely before for no reason.

Sevice has been sketchy lately. Prescriptions aren’t ready when the automatic callback calls you. The staff claims they are 3 days backlogged whenever you speak with someone at the counter. And there are treacherous road conditions and they won’t extend hold time. I’m traveling by bus. I have one prescription ready and one ready Thursday. I am not making 2 trips by bus. The hold expires Friday. I may have to check in on delivery services.

This pharmacy has been a breeze to work with in comparison to many others I have tried in the area (non CVS). Friendly, dependable, responsible staff.

My prescription got unattended more than a week thought they billed to my insurance.
I called them multiple times, but the call disconnected after keeping on hold I for an hour.
When I reached another pharmacy and ask them to call CVS and transfer the prescription, they too didn’t get any answer from CVS in-spite of getting email/fax/and VM. Finally I got my prescription transferred to the other pharmacy but they couldn’t fill it because CVS already billed the insurance.
Completely disappointed with this service.

Turned away for Covid vaccine for not having internet on my phone after a 70 minute wait.

TLDNR: "Pharmacies will not require proof of age, occupation, or any other type of credentials; however, they will rely on self-attestation for validating group membership. This assures that no one will be turned away for lack of specific identification documents (e.g, driver’s license) and eases the burden on participating pharmacies and individuals. " - CDC's Federal Retail Pharmacy Partnership Program for COVID-19 Vaccination.
I called the OHA for a vaccine appointment (after three attempts over four days on OHA's broken website) and was assigned an appointment at Target. Gave them my name, age, phone#, and some minor details like allergies etc.showed up 14 minutes before. Checked in, and waited for the SMS.got an SMS that required clicking a link and connecting to internet. Told them that that wasn't an option and was told 'that's our system, you can't get the vaccine without clicking it. ' "Are you turning me away? " "Not turning you away but you can't get the vaccine without it. " Sent to pharmacy window to manually check in, "that's our system, you can't get the vaccine without it. " Showed them the "No internet" dinosaur on my phone and left.

There are other pharmacies nearby without unending bureaucracy to get through to a live pharmacist over the phone. There are other pharmacies that don't miss your over the phone orders because their system had an error.

This last weekend I called several times to request a refill on an important, time-sensitive medication and ended up being on-hold for over an hour. I then called and went through to the pharmacy 3 more times and never got through. I understand sometimes things get busy but I feel like letting someone sit on hold that long is really inexcusable. I have anxiety issues and I had a panic attack trying to get my medication filled. When I got into the pharmacy the following Monday, I brought it up to the lady that was helping me & she was very abrupt with me and unapologetic. I know it’s their job to run a pharmacy but it’s also their job to care about the people who are trying to get their medication filled which I feel like didn’t happen. I’m torn between finding a new pharmacy and staying. I live super close but this experience has left such a nasty taste in my mouth.
