Gave me the wrong tube. Cost me an entire day and i missed my ride I was scheduled to go on.

Excellent customer service! Jason was very helpful and knowledgeable. Good selection of gloves in stock. Cycle Gear in Salem is often my starting point when it comes to riding gear.

Talk about an experience, the whole team is experienced in riding, and all shop gear, they installed my intercom super fast. The shop deals are amazing and NOT harbor freight quality. The only thing missing is some chairs to hang out in

I'm always well taken care of at CG and I enjoy the wide selection of gear, etc. CG has been my goto store for a number of years. One thing that sets them apart is just how great the staff is and then add in the RPM reward program and with all of that they consistently earn my business.

The staff here is very knowledgeable and even though I leave the store with my wallet significantly lighter than when I entered, I've always had a good experience here.

Very knowledgeable staff! It’s been a long time since I have ridden and they were able to help me get geared up. There are so many options but they explained the difference between products and knew the inns and outs of each. Thank you for your help and making me feel comfortable in this experience. Bought a helmet that was on sale, had to order the right size, even tho it was after the sale when it arrived they still sold it to me at the sale price. Very helpful staff.

Stopped in with four hours to go on my trip with 90% chance of rain to pick up some much needed water repellent for my full face helmet. They had just what I needed!
