I have bought two bikes and numerous parts over the years. Cyclepath is my go-to for all my service repairs. I always get personalized assistance.

They have a very knowledgeable service team and they do a thorough job. I am picky when it comes to fit and measurements due to my small stature and they accommodate my requests for a specific fit.

Hands down one of the best bike shops around! Super helpful, great inventory and great vibes!

Pretty frickin awesome place.had them build me a weareone union wheelset and I am mindblown by just how much abuse they've endured.many days in the whistler bike park and many other bike parks, many shuttle days and many miles pedaled and even more jumps cased but i haven't had to give the wheels any attention.they've held air, trueness and have zero damage.stoked over 8 months later

I have been to a lot of bike shops across the country and have yet to find a better one than Cyclepath. I have been a patron for close to 10 years and the crew at Cyclepath have always been able to take care of my requests, repairs, and questions no matter how obscure or weird. Get to this shop ASAP and remember to bring the crew some beer.

I've been a regular at this shop for about a year now. I own four drop bar bikes (gravel, touring, road, and all-road) and this shop has done work on all of them. I've trusted them with a wide range of mechanical tasks and I've always left feeling well taken care of. They have FANTASTIC customer service in both sales and service. Recently I dropped off a bike for a simple repair and unfortunately something went wrong during the process but they more than made up for it by extending a very gracious solution. This shop now had my loyalty and I will be frequenting it even more. They do have many bike frames and wheels in stock and I couldn't think of a better place in town to build up a custom bike or have your baby maintained.

Great repair shop experience. These guys are smart, experienced, non-condesending, and generous with their knowledge. And they use highest quality tools. Best bike shop experience I've ever had.

I just called inquiring about a specific tire size, and if it was in stock. They checked the stock for me and helped me determine whether the tubeless tire they had that fit my bike actually fit my needs. After confirming that I needed a different style, they graciously pointed me in the direction of a couple larger tire suppliers in the area. Thanks for your service!

Mitch and the Cyclepath team are out of this world! Through a crazy series of events they helped me recover my beloved stolen Roubaix. On top of that they offer first class service and are just standup people! All my bike related business is going to Cyclepath!

I bought a Cervelo bike from Cyclepath a couple of years ago. I really like the bike. Well, I wiped out a few days ago (went around a curve too fast and slid out). When I contacted the shop they looked over the bike that day and had it fixed the next day. And this was during Covid when most things related to bikes are slooow. I was really pleased with how they took care of me.

Really helpful staff, I was looking for a wheel set, and they were able to hook me up at a great price and convert the wheel set so that it fit my rim.

Came in here to help a friend look for a new bike. I knew this shop would be pricey, but I did not expect the people to be as stuck up as they were. The guy helping us casually walked away while showing us bikes when we told him we wanted to stick under $5k for a new gravel/wide tire bike. He could have said that they didn't have any, but instead he just walked away. He then just stared at us as he talked to another employee behind the counter. Eventually someone else came down and talked us through some other bikes they had. Eventually didn't have anything in the right size. Not sure I ever want to suggest someone to go to a bike shop where they are stared at and talked about? What are these customer service standards?

This is by far the BEST bike store in Portland IMO if you want top notch builds, and top shelf brands. Mitch is the bee's knees (keeping it safe for kids reading this) and is sure to bring a good laugh at every visit on top of his mega knowledge of all things bike (and more)! To top it off, the service crew are total pros and super friendly. What more do you want!
