Dairy Queen, Sutherlin OR

They like to place their ignorant political opinions on the front door to their lobby. They like to blame the millions of unemployed Americans struggling on unemployment for their inability to hire and keep employees. They also want to pay a wage that is statistically at the poverty level then act shocked when people don’t apply. They may want to consider their own role in their ineptitude and stop blaming others for their failures. They also should reconsider their government “handouts” stance as this restaurant literally took PPP loans given by the government to stay going during the pandemic.

I ordered a $1.59 small dipped cone. Wait close to a half hour to get to window. (which is normal at this location) to be told its $2.79. I questions the price as per the board reads $1.59 for a small. To be told that they changed their prices and hadn't yet updated the board. I asked them to honor the board price which they refused to do. ️

Went today at 10: 45 and you can plainly see they were open but nobody answered. And it even shows on the website yall are open. I appreciate what you guys do but don't leave us hangin

Second time now they got my order wrong. They would benefit from a screen showing the ordered items for customer to verify.

Political message taped to door complaining about “government handouts”. Doors were locked with only drive thru open. Wow, new low for Dairy Queen.

They're inside dining was closed and they only allowed drive-thru I don't know whether this was because they were understaffed or they were exercising some kind of pandemic precaution

Unfortunately for me this place is on my way home, so it's very convenient to stop in before heading home. The food is terrible, and the staff members have been rude more times than not. I get that Sutherlin is a small town, but there has to be someone that can work the window without being a complete ahole.

Hottest day in recorded history for this location and they made their employees work with no air conditioning.
Mobile app orders must be picked up through the drive thru. That really defeats the idea behind mobile app orders.
I wont go back until conditions improve

Can never go wrong with some ice cream! And this place has just that. Excellent customer service as well. Highly recommended

There are quite a few girls that work there that need a course not only in customer service but human decency in general! They are rude, snotty and act like they hate their job and if they hate it that bad they should quit! Same experience as 15 years ago. Makes you wonder why the owners continue to employee these types.

Worst fast food in Sutherlin, the food has no taste, and Dopey at the drivethru tried to send me off without even giving me my food.

Food is great but the customer service at Sutherlin Dairy Queen has been bad for last few years everytime we go through the girls are just not nice very impatient so our visits are getting less often

Lines are way to long! Once you order, rest just falls into place. Food was boring but tried a lime slush! Wow! Really good!

Very impressed with their flexibility in our request for a special blizzard that they don't make anymore. The girl who took our order was really special and make it a great exsperiance.

There happened to be a long line this ti.e, but still a fairly short wait in drive through. Always a good ice cream treat.

Pretty girls working here with unattractive attitude it's such a disappointment that these girls are so stuck on themselves these days. Sad

Food is good and the newer employees are better in attitude than the ones I've been helped by in years past. They were always nice but the attitude they give off is like they would rather be some where else other than work. Not all of them and it is my opinion none actually said it. Even had one act like I was annoying them asking for ketchup and again not recently. I haven't been inside for years because of the attitudes in the past. Drive thru is also slow but I think it is partly because of the overload due to covid but idk.
