12Food was good. Service was not the greatest. Quick service just not very friendly or welcoming.
Went through the drive thru on our road trip so I wasn't going to turn around. Gravy was cold and only got 1 small cup for a 6 piece. Every other dairy queen I go to gives you 2 cups with a 6 piece. My last 2 chicken strips were sad they didn't have a bath of gravy to dip into.
Expensive, not great food. They forgot the gravy, charged us for a six piece when they only gave us a four piece, really smokey inside, customer service was horrible. The person taking our order was sassy, rolled her eyes at us several times, and wasn't kind I'm general. They tipped ice cream cups on purpose to make the ice cream look more full than they actually were. Not the greatest dairy queen I've ever been to. I would recommend going to the McDonald's just south of this location.
I ordered a 6 piece chicken basket, comes with Gravy, asked for fry sauce too. They’re out of gravy (@7pm) and after going down the road 5 miles we only had 4 pieces of chicken! NOT Happy!
Drive thru takes a while sometimes BUT the super friendly staff and good food/treats makes up for the wait! They never get my orders wrong either, no matter how big they are!:)
My simple Ice cream order took way too long, and this store had much higher prices than other DQs. Not an overall great experience.
Second time I was there in Burns Dairy queen. Both times was terrible service. Left without ordering.
Slowest, rudest, saddest DQ I’ve ever been to. They seemed to put our order aside and when I asked if they might have forgotten the order they slowed down even more. Others walked right up and received orders before us. Take the drive thru so they can’t do this. So rude.
Burgers burnt and black one patty instead of 2. Large chunks of lettuce and cheese that had been left out fir too long.oily and hard on edges. Gross and not edible.
Passing thru Burns and DQ did bit disappointing us. Food is good a tired and hungry travel not to mention to always make a perfect blessed. Thank you for making it easy to travel and have warm food ready to eat. Way to serve hungry travelers DQ
They were busy thru the drive up and I thought damn this will take to long. To my surprise they moved quickly and the food was hot and tasty. Nice kob
