14Drive Thru is all we do, it's really a grab bag for decent customer service. If the order is right, just be happy and move on.
Ordered a birthday cake last minute. Asked them to draw a yamaha R1. The girl did an amazing job Alysa is her name I believe. I was so impressed had to tip. Cake is delicious. Thank you Dairy queen. Alyssa the R1 was perfect, I got the year of his bike wrong but he was still impressed hahahahaha
Waited in line for 15 minutes just to be given the wrong order so I paid for someone else's food. Completely unacceptable
It's fast food.so, yeah.
Update: same, same. It's still fast food. Neither good nor bad, utterly forgetable til the water closet calls.
Redmond DQ a little busy but they handed it well and got everything out hot and on time. Thx dairy queen Redmond for keeping up with the b.s.

Alyssa is the most amazing supervisor I’ve ever met at any restaurant ever. So friendly, outgoing, and excellent at giving exceptional customer service.
Order taker was impatient and in too big of a rush, considering they weren't busy. Blizzards were made absolutely perfectly. Loved the Snickers brownie!
Always good. And I have to really commend management. You staff well. And obviously manage and pay well. Your employees are always fast efficient and always seem happy.
Only filled half order, then gave us a pretzel blizzard instead of reuses blizzard. Called, talked with supervisor. He said sorry and hung up with no offer to correct mistakes and poor service.

Must be a rough day at Redmond DQ, ordered a couple blizzards, paid, then young lady came to window and ask me to leave? No, no perv, wierd clothes, very random. Called and asked them to refund the money and person said no, but if you come back some day just ask for them again? Huh? Oh well. Beware, they may give you your food or tell you to get lost and keep your $.
Dirty exterior from recent parking lot asphalt being resealed but I was quite shocked to hear that a 6 piece chicken meal with a large drink was +$14. Chicken then was overcooked to the point of being hard to bite into.
Fast and friendly service coupled with tasty food makes this DQ a destination for me whenever I'm in Redmond.
