Dairy Queen, Gresham OR

Black tiny hair in the fries. Really disgusting, but it's happened twice now. I don't think it's human hair but fabric from clothing. Means your employees are touching their clothes or pulling up their pants while making food. Also please stop putting the napkins and ketchup packets on top of the fries. It just makes both greasy and gross. They should go underneath.

As far as product of course it's good it's Dairy Queen service was great especially for being Halloween

Used to be my favorite place to get food as they always got my order right. Yesterday they messed up my burger, my shake was all water, my kids chicken strips were burnt, and all of it culminated into a wonderful case of FOOD POISONING today.
DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE PUT IN THE HOSPITAL.
I guess I'm grateful it was disgusting so I couldn't finish it and end up even more sick.

Order made wrong, refused refund to "remake" order. Watched as they played with it then tried to present as remade

DQ is a staple among fast food and dessert spots. I have never been disappointed with their food since i was a child. It isn't Red Lobster, but the taste and price is reasonable and quick.

Just bought 4 blizzards from Gresham & burnside location. Worst ever. None were blended fully. She didn't hold the upside down, but she couldn't because they were already melting. The Carmel cheese cake has Oreo instead of Gram Crackers. Never going back there again. I'll be driving to Troutdale from now on.

The food was great, but how the male manager and a fellow male employee treated the girl working the drive thru was wrong. She obviously wasn't ready for the drive thru. She was getting confuse and deleted my order which was no big deal because I needed to correct the order due to me saying the wrong thing, but the manager tone of voice towards her was very aggressive and he cuss a couple times. He was not helping by talking down to her. When she gave me my change, he made a big deal that she gave me smaller coins in stead of quarters. Then a male employee came over and said "are you having to teach her basic math OMG! " This was all front of me. To the girl her work the Dairy Queen drive thru on Burnside in Gresham on 7/10 around 6 or 7 pm, I am sorry they treated you that way. I hope you will find a job some where else that will give you the respect your owe.

Fix your intercom so you can actually hear what people want. Even yelling into it does not seem to make your ears work.

Astronomical amount of diabolical employees. Tomfoolery, Shenanigans, and inappropriate activities appear to be a regular occurrence in the back of house. The horrendous amount of disrespect was shown to me in the drive thru.

We use this one fairly often, but sometimes go to the Troutdale one because this Dairy queen regularly gets our order wrong. Today, they missed 2 chocolate milks and the fry sauce we ordered. Because I always have kids in the car, it would take just too long to stop and go in and correct the errors.

Food was either old or overcooked. I live 2 blocks away from a different DQ so I'm very familiar with how the food should be. Worst chicken strip baskets ever. Also fries had some seasoning on them that I didn't request. On top of the food being bad, the drive thru staff couldn't even figure out how to use a DQ Gift card. Told me I had no balance (which was 100% incorrect), had to pay cash, then ask for receipt and then go inside for manager to refund my cash and charge to gift card. I will never visit this location again!

I'm really not the kind of person to complain about my food, but this last visit made for a very disappointing dinner. I got the chicken tender box and my more than half my chicken was just overcooked breading, my fries were cold and the toast wasn't very toast-y. Last time was fantastic, and the customer service is always on point. For the price though- I would rather not waste so much food.

This is the best dairy queen in the metro area. They are always quick, nice, the food is better than any other dairy queen Ive been too. Highly recommend.

Order… had to go around and wait for the order. Thinking that because I am waiting I will actually have hot food. Nope! The 2 orders of French fries were cold not even warm but cold! Chicken strips were over cooked and barely warm. The only thing that was hot and most likely what I had to wait for was the onion rings. Total disappointment!

What ever you need to cool down on a hot day is located here. All your favorite treats, from the classics, to new and innovative. The blizzards are a must have in too many flavors to mention. The chicken strip basket is about the best in town for the money. Delivery is available. ️

I would give zero if possible they always mess up the orders. And when you call them out on it they act like they have no idea. Even when you bring your receipt back. Worst I have ever been to. I recommend taking the time to go to any other DQ.

Normally when I go it’s pretty slow! But this time we were thru the line that was super Long in like 8 minutes! Service was great! And shoutout to the guy in the black collared shirt for keeping great control of all those kids! Great job guys!

Recently I’ve been going through a rough time in my life but when I went through this drive through someone greeted me by asking how I am. We exchanged words for a moment and he made me laugh. I love this Dairy Queen because they manage to have fun, work hard, and create a nice environment both for themselves and the customers. After going through the drive through in under four minutes I left with a smile on my face. Actual genuine joy. The employees there are very nice and I see them working all the time. Saw an employee crawl on the ceiling. Don’t know how.
