After ordering our food we were told a portion of what was ordered was still frozen and when the cashier got the manager, he didn't seem to care what was going on as to why he was summoned up front for the refund. But we were given the refund for what we didn't get.

Disgusting location! Homeless hang out here, employees look like a mess and have bad hygiene habits. I waited forever to get my food and the fries were cold!

We have never had an issue with this Dairy Queen for years amd they have always taken care of us, but I don't know what's going on lately. Within the past two months our blizzards have been made incorrectly 4 times now. They aren't a cheap item and when we pay for extra toppings and don't get them it is very frustrating. To top it of my fiance found a huge hair in her blizzard. I just want what I order to be correct, I don't feel that its much to ask for. Especially when we frequently the establishment often.

Employees act like they own the place and forget we are the customers. I won't be coming back. Worker's need better hygiene.

Reader beware: This location has been going downhill for quite some time and has reached a breaking point for me.

Fries are almost always soggy and unfresh. Ice cream was melted and soft on a few occasions.
The food is unpleasant and the prices are sky high. In what world is 5 dollars for a small blizzard and 15 for a chicken strip basket reasonable.

The service is not completely the fault of the employees, I'm sure they are dealing with understaffing. I have never had an employee with an attitude but sometimes it will take them a while before they take your order. You can expect to spend between 15 and 30 minutes in the drive thru. The food is not fast here.

The conditions of the store are very poor. I do not dine in here anymore because after 2 or 3 times of trash being left out and food crumbs / trash left uncleared that was enough. At the drive thru window you can often see trash piling up, old food and messes lying out.

So with poor food quality, asinine pricing, unclean conditions, and unbelievable drive times, why not go somewhere else? This is very depressing considering the store used to be the opposite of all of these things. It was a great spot for all the people living in the nearby. Proceed with caution.

Can't understand server, 35 min wait. I want a refund but the crew won't acknowledge my presence.

Wow, I went to the drive-through, and nobody answered their intercom, and finally drove to the window where the girl at the counter, had her butt firmly planted on the windowsill her back to the car playing with her phone and even with me tapping my horn to get her is attention she did not bother to turn around and open her window and finally a coworker said there was somebody outside… When I confronted her gently she went into denial and was rude… the time before that at this Dairy Queen I ordered a cherry dipped cone and got a cinnamon one… Sure hope their service gets better and that is the rest of the story

I used to love DQ. I worked on the one on Coburg back in '99. We had the best Ultimate burgers and they were flame broiled. Now everything is nuked. The meat has no flavor. The bread is just filler with no flavor. The only flavor you get on a burger is if you add lots of condiments. If I wanted to drink a bottle of Ranch, I'd stay at home and do so.

So I'm regularly visiting this dairy queen because it's convenient to where I work. On Friday July 21st I went through the drive thru and ordered two mini blizzards. The worker told me my total that was over ten dollars. This didn't sound right. I pulled to the window and asked why it was so expensive for two mini blizzards and they just acted like it was the normal price. So today I get two medium blizzards from a different location and it's the same price I paid at this location for two minis. Don't go to this location unless you want to be overcharged for your product.

I lobe there oreo blizzard and its just so good, (to me at least) yhere fries are good to, (to me) and I wouldt say there regular food option are the best. But there ice cream was pretty good.

Made us wait 30 minutes just to have literally no one speak to us at the speaker. Watched workers sit around and do nothing.

Had just left a show this evening around 9: 30pm and was starving. Pulled up to the drive through and was promptly greeted. By the time I got to the window, the food was nearly finished and ready. I was greeted by VERY friendly and “sincerely considerate” workers. Got my food and it was amazing. Perfect end to a perfect night thanks to this store and the workers there immensely!

Customer service was immaculate, we forgot to ask for sauce and they brought us one of every kind, super nice and overall a great experience!

I’m gonna be real. This DQ location is absolutely wild. It’s a crapshoot as to what you will experience. I have heard the most blaring hot mic, like I’m sitting into the drive thru listening to employees talk to each other, someone who forgot my order 3-4x, one guy said they ran out of fudge so he put cocoa powder on my sundae. It wasn’t half bad. This DQ is run like the Wild, Wild West. The food has never been bad, although I can’t say it’s consistent, and it’s *always* entertaining.
