Dairy Queen, Happy Valley OR

Terrible managementI have been going last couple weeks and I wanted a banana split these people don't even have bananas And if your delivery trucks not bringing them just simply go to the local store You need to get all new employees and management in this store they suck

If I could give this place a ZERO I would! I get it if you’re busy, I’m a good worker too, but to HANGUP a call is down right inappropriate! My car started dying in the driveway, so we moved my car as fast as we could so others could still get their food. So then I called, whoever is working could at least put me on hold for a sec.but with their being 3 cars being out front and no dine in, I’m guessing there are at least 2 workers, so yeah.ridiculous as hell.

Some kid handed me an icecream cone with his bare hands and no napkin. I'd have liked to have eaten the cone.

They were very disorganized, I ordered a chocolate cone and they said they don't sell chocolate ice cream so I settled for a hot fudge sunday and it barely put any hot fudge on it. It was overall very disappointing.

The boy working the drive-thru was so unprofessional. Once we finally got our order figured out with Mr. No Personality and waiting for nearly 15 minutes at the window, our order wasn't even correct! We were rushed to order at the menu board with his "What else? " (The order was read back to me correctly btw), when I got to the window, I wasn't greeted with anything but an arm out waiting for my payment and then we sat there for 15 mins. No word on what was taking so long, etc. Then, the window suddenly slid open, an arm handed us our drinks and then our food. I said, "Have a good evening" and received a "Yeah" and the window slid shut. Then we discovered our order wasn't correct but you better believe we were charged correctly. By that time, it wasn't worth the time to go back through the now 3 cars long line. Never returning again.

They close an hour earlier that what is listed on their hour sign. The kids that work there are also very rude.

Dirty, sticky, gross tables. Order wrong was & service so SLOW! EWW! Plus to see an employee come back from the bathroom, hang up the key & have odor spray in his hands & not wash double EWW!

The only good thing I can say, hamburgers were hot. Although the 3 burgers I ordered all differently, only one was correct. The fries were completely cold. And every table in the dining room was sticky. A bunch of teenage boys working together may not be a good idea.

Irvin and the rest of his co-workers served me well. Much appreciated. Observed them serving others with the same great service.

Food and service was terrible. I asked to speak to the manager who looked like she was no more than 16yo and was highly disrespectful to me when I asked for a refund.

Food was hot and fresh, but we didn't get the dipping sauces that came with the order or the ones we requested. Service was nice, long wait for food but the young man apologized.

Went through drive thru tonight.long wait got up to order didnt understand order got order fries were cold sandwich was alright if it wasnt for cold fries and the not understanding order it would have gotten at least 4 stars

Sitting in this DQ drive thru wondering how they even stay open. Was just told they have no chocolate ice cream for 8-10 months. Is this real life.

Good burger and ice cream. The fries had been out of the fryer a bit too long. The cashier struggled hearing me through the drive-through microphone next to the busy street. I'm sure that's why I ended up with onion on my burger. It's worth taking a minute to check your order before you drive off.

Long wait and to open my box to three strips of chicken and a small bunch of fries just laying like someone just didn’t care to make my food. Not bringing my service here again.

Went there tonight. And the food was horrible. My chicken Pattie was half cooked. And the basket of Fry's that came with my meal were half full.and the managers don't care to fix it just because my husband works there. Don't go there!

Hate this location food always cold when I get it they never get the order right need better management

This location is always slow, food isn't any more remarkable than any other location, in the past they had soggy fries, dry chicken.
They take forever to make blizzards. While waiting this evening I watched them throw away 5 blizzards because they were the wrong flavor, wrong size ect. Mine was also wrong, but in my favor, so I didn't mention it because I didn't want to wait longer. This location also never feels super clean, not disgusting, but never "clean"

Learned tonight that they are privately owned and do not serve all things that are “posted” on Dairy Queen website. If they aren’t a true Dairy Queen then they need to adjust their signs to say “serves Dairy Queen product”. And the guy was so rude when explaining to me that they don’t serve the blizzard I had asked for. And still expected a tip from me. Nope. The only tip I have for them is to stop falsely advertising that they are Dairy Queen. When obviously they are NOT!

Ice cream is awesome, food is okay, but service is slow. Waited 10 minutes to get in drive through (they have a very short lane so I had to wait in a parking spot as to not block incoming traffic), then another 10 min for ordering and getting our food. I asked the man handing us our stuff which blizzard had extra reeces, he looked at them like he didn't know I paid extra for it, then tried to pass it off by saying he put a bunch in both and tried handing me them. He helped by adding more to one, but still frustrating after having waited for so long with only 4 cars ahead of us.
